“If you are looking for a true Italian experience in San Diego, look no further than Vinarius! We worked with Giuseppe (owner) to host our wedding celebration here back in March, 2023. From the beginning, he was amazing to work with. Incredibly positive and accommodating from the start, we couldn’t have asked for more. The wedding ceremony was planned to be outside and of course, it rained that day. Guiseppe and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowed us to have the small ceremony inside the restaurant on short notice and made an incredible meal to follow. Our guests were blown away and we couldn’t have been happier. We recommend Vinarius to everyone we know and that is thanks to Giuseppe and his awesome staff. Grazie mille!“

“Ok, I am from NY and love pizza. I am not a NYC pizza snob though and welcome all iterations of 'za! I have to say that this pizza is probably the best I have ever had of its type. They are "Roman" slices, meaning focaccia crust. Variety of slice options are insane with creative combinations that are not only imaginative, but insanely delicious. Slices are cooked upon ordering for supreme freshness. I especially like the Lussuria - prosciutto, black pepper, mashed potato, mozzarella and olive oil. (I NEVER thought I would like mashed potato on a slice, but it's insanely good.) The help here is amazing as well. Caesar was working the oven and he gave great suggestions and explained the product well. Very inviting and definitely steered me in the right direction. Need gluten free? They got it! Will make a GF slice for you right on the spot. I challenge anyone to have just one slice. I had to go back for 2 more. Enjoy!“

“Don’t pass on this hidden GEM. Great gourmet pizza for the advanced palate. Our favorites are the Sweet Southern, New Yorker, and Eggplant. We’ve tried all their veggie pizzas and honestly can’t pick a favorite. The staff is warm, inviting, and feels like family.“

“Cucumber Salad felt light for its price. I didnt like that it was cut long ways either personally. Facundo was a friendly server. The whole staff helped out with bussing the table. Would come again but will not be ordering the cucumber salad the pizza and calamari were great.“

“Outstanding food, service and ambiance. Cleverly and beautifully designed space in and around the cottage that managed to feel intimate and homey around every corner while still being energetic and novel. Yellow lighting on the patio made parts of the menu hard to read (especially the words in red) but our server was helpful in addition to attentive and personable. Definitely recommended. I hope to go back again next time we're in OB.“

“Pop’s Pizza is definitely a place I would recommend! The pizza was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor, but the wings were my favorite—they were crispy, juicy, and seasoned really well. The customer service was also great. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made sure we were taken care of. Overall, great food and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“This is the second year in a row we have stayed at Crystal Pier in San Diego. Both trips we have ordered deliver from SD TapRoom and all of our meals have been delicious. Last night was the best one for me though. I actually called them thinking they had deliver me a regular crust pizza instead of gluten-free (I have celiac). It tasted WAY TOO GOOD to be gluten-free, but it was! I have no idea how they made such a good crust (I actually said this can’t be what I ordered since it tasted so good)! The salads are also fabulous and my sister had the fish taco’s and loved them. Chili and burgers have also been a hit. Thanks for a great couple of dinners!“
