“This is absolutely the best food experience that I have had in the past three months. Atmosphere is absolutely lovely., every server in here is wonderful, however, Ethan was our server tonight. He was thoughtful, checked up on us when needed, and still managed to accommodate everybody around us. It was slammed tonight, and I saw a smile on everybody’s face, they were stuffed to the brim, and satisfied, obviously with their experience. Another thing to note, another server named Phil checked up on us as well when he noticed his server, Ethan busy. Fantastic teamwork, fantastic accommodations, all around kind atmosphere. “Good little fry shop! The fries weren’t greasy at all, which was a nice surprise. We ordered the mix-and-match with regular fries and sweet potato fries.

The sweet potato fries were the highlight—they were crispy, flavorful, and really delicious. The regular fries were decent, but nothing particularly memorable.

The ordering process is simple: you place your order on a large touchscreen kiosk and wait for your number to be called. Service was quick, although I imagine it could take a little longer during busier times. We visited in the evening, and there wasn’t much of a line.

Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re in the mood for fries while walking around. I’d definitely come back and try it again.“

“Came here for one reason and one reason only - the chicken and waffles. No line and we were able to walk right up on a busy Saturday night to place our order. We placed an order for their chicken and waffles and a 4 piece beignet. Wonderful service the cashier was very pleasant and made small talk with us while we waited. Snagged a small table around the corner and began to chow down and here’s what we found - Outstanding crispy and perfectly breaded chicken (with bones). What we also unfortunately found is the thinnest and tasteless waffle you could ever imagine. I’m talking mini eggo-waffle thin. We were so bummed out that we could barely taste the waffle when combined with the chicken. Would we come back? Probably not. Work on your waffles or take em off the menu! The little fried dough was exactly that, although they were warm they were dry and were in desperate need of some sauce.“

“If you are looking for authentic Salvadoran food, you absolutely have to give Cuscatlan a try. This place is a wonderful little hole-in-the-wall, and it easily serves the best pupusas I’ve ever had in San Diego!

The food is incredibly delicious and packed with flavor. It's not just the pupusas either, everything from the savory beans and fresh salsa to the perfectly seasoned curtido and sweet platanos is outstanding.

On top of the phenomenal food, the service is top-notch. The owner is extremely nice, kind, humble, and very helpful. It is rare to find a spot that hits the perfect trifecta of amazing flavor, great service, and genuine hospitality. Do yourself a favor and check them out!“

“My Garlic Burger was perfection! I added the seasoned fries and I could not be happier. I literally drove here just for their burgers for 40 mins. — They are that good! Worth every penny, but very reasonably priced. I gave my compliments to the chef.“

“Visiting family from the East Coast and my daughter took me here today. I was stationed in Daegu South Korea for 2 years while in the Army. we used to get bb.q chicken almost every weekend. The kids loved it and so did I. This was my first time having it in 8 years and it immediately brought me back to being in Daegu. The food was amazing and brought us right back to being there. “My husband was in a business dinner and they walked some of gaslamp afterwards. After they parted ways, he needed to use the bathroom so he ran in the closest restaurant. They said he couldn't use it unless he was a customer. I totally get that but they were packed out so it made no sense.... Either way, he bought a chicken quesadilla to go. He brought it back to the room for me and our sons to have. It tasted good...until my youngest son spit out a piece of plastic he found inside the quesadilla. My Husband called about it the next day bc they were then closed. Their response was "oops sorry" like wth?! They then said "bring it back along with the plastic." No mention of a refund or investigation of how it happened. And by that point, room service had come and took the box of the rest of the food plus no one wanted to fight downtown traffic and pay to park to have them possibly offer us another quesadilla . 🙄 Again the food we did eat, minus the plastic, was good but the service wasn't.“

“We have been HUGE a huge fan of a local crawfish restaurant for as long as they have been open, and have gone frequently over the years. Recently we have been looking to try some of the other crawfish places around. Not only did the Boxing Crab have flavorful sauces to choose from, top quality freshness, the best cooked crawfish we have had in a restaurant, (even better than our regular spot), and their service was wonderful! “Absolutely love the variety of combos. It allows you to have some of everything in one order. Food was hot and freshly served. Thumbs up on the Mac n cheese, candied yams with my order. They ran out of catfish at the days end today otherwise, It would have been my 2nd consecutive order. Also loved the signature taste of the chicken, and the fact that it was very hot and freshly served. I eat more at home than I do out, but many of their items are like home cooked so I will be back! “This place has grown on me. I avoided this place because I’ve been dieting but the times that I’ve treated myself and my wife has never disappointed. So far the drinks have been great. The fruity pebz is sweet and delicious, and their Vietnamese coffee has you feeling so caffeinated with good energy. Their food options aren’t bad here either with their chicken fries. The atmosphere here is so nostalgic specifically to me it feels like it has a cool older big brother mid 2000’s gamer vibe almost like an Internet cafe style. It’s small but it gets the job done in terms of waiting to get your order and killing time while you wait. The workers themselves play a huge part. They are always so nice and polite (you guys need a tip jar btw). Overall been here a couple times and have never regretted it. They also treat their military patrons well offering discounts where applicable and love that they would give out those bogo deal coupons. They need to keep up what they’re doing! 👍🏽😁“

“Short Answer: Comparable to a little caesars with better ingredients, more ingredients, and higher quality ingredients with a large selection. We ordered 2 Pepsi, 1 Hawaiian, 2 orders of bread sticks, and 20 bbq wings along with a 2L MUG for a large group. pizza was good, we got extra cheese and well done crust which was the perfect amount of cheese and crunchiness, although I do not know if it costs extra for extra cheese. the breads sticks were also good, we got them well done but they were overdone in my option. my bad. the wings were ok. the glaze was good but the chicken quality was not good. service was good, girl working the counter was friendly. I would come here for cheap and greasy (in a good way) pizza in san diego that won't break the bank.“

“The Loaded Mountain Fries barely had cheese and the cheese that was there was totally burnt. Skip those. However, the pizzas with thin crust were amazing (they have regular crust by default but you can customize it to thin crust). Even my boyfriend who usually dislikes crust really enjoyed this one. I'm the type of person who usually isn't into crust, either, unless it's a pan pizza. Technically this isn't a pan pizza but the thin crust was PERFECTLY baked and greasy (which I LOVE). The cupped pepperoni was awesome. I also got a custom pizza with white sauce, chicken, bacon, onion, and ham - it's fire! The pizzas are sliced into thin slices which is good for portion control, children, or parties. Since I got two different types of pizzas, the thin slices were especially appreciated as I could have variety with less calories. I would definitely order the pizzas with thin crust again. They’re definitely a top 5 pizza for me!“

“Got the honey garlic wings, and they were really good. The wings were nice and crispy with great flavor not too sweet, and definitely not soggy. I also ordered the sweet potato fries, which were fresh and tasty. Overall, this is a solid spot for a quick grab-and-go meal, especially if you’re looking for wings.
