Oh my gosh!
Went here with my wife. What an amazing hidden gem.
Delicious meal. Inspired dishes, with some well executed standards.
Super friendly staff and Angela herself is front and center.
Reminds me of some of the small family run chef driven restaurants we have lost in San Diego.
Will definitely be returning. My new favorite Italian restaurant in San Diego.

I adore Carbon Angela's Kitchen. It has become my go to spot to take friends and family due to their consistent great service and delicious food. The arancino is a favorite starter of mine with it two sauces, love it! Their specials have always been delightful as well. Parking, like most of San Diego can have it's challenges but I have never had trouble finding parking on one of the side streets in the neighborhood.

Carbon Angela’s Kitchen is an amazing Italian restaurant in South Park, described as a calm, beautiful, and cozy place that feels like home at someone’s nonna’s house. The food is delicious, with outstanding beef based dishes, and the best ribeye steak in California. Service is super nice, courteous, and professional, with a lovely hostess and knowledgeable wait staff. While the vegetarian dish was average, the spot is highly recommended for meat eaters. The atmosphere is confy, making it a new favorite restaurant in San Diego and a safe haven for people that love great food and wine. The other location in North Park is also good, but does not have French fries.
