From the beginning, he was amazing to work with. Incredibly positive and accommodating from the start, we couldn’t have asked for more. The wedding ceremony was planned to be outside and of course, it rained that day. Guiseppe and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowed us to have the small ceremony inside the restaurant on short notice and made an incredible meal to follow. “Ok, I am from NY and love pizza. I am not a NYC pizza snob though and welcome all iterations of 'za! I have to say that this pizza is probably the best I have ever had of its type. They are "Roman" slices, meaning focaccia crust. Variety of slice options are insane with creative combinations that are not only imaginative, but insanely delicious. Slices are cooked upon ordering for supreme freshness. I especially like the Lussuria - prosciutto, black pepper, mashed potato, mozzarella and olive oil. (I NEVER thought I would like mashed potato on a slice, but it's insanely good.) The help here is amazing as well. Caesar was working the oven and he gave great suggestions and explained the product well. Very inviting and definitely steered me in the right direction. Need gluten free? They got it! Will make a GF slice for you right on the spot. I challenge anyone to have just one slice. I had to go back for 2 more. Enjoy!“

“Don’t pass on this hidden GEM. Great gourmet pizza for the advanced palate. Our favorites are the Sweet Southern, New Yorker, and Eggplant. We’ve tried all their veggie pizzas and honestly can’t pick a favorite. The staff is warm, inviting, and feels like family.“

“They always nail the crust. I’d put it up against any other in the world. One of the slices I had was the best I’ve had in the style. They also have the best gluten free pie I’ve ever eaten. You have to order the whole pie so no slices but it’s fantastic. I love gluten and have no issues but I order theirs because it’s better than a regular pie.“

The shop delivers New York style pies made with hand stretched dough and fresh ingredients, available by the slice or as pies. The crust is the standout. Thin enough to remain crisp, sturdy enough to hold its shape when lifted, and properly browned on the bottom. Cheese and sauce are balanced rather than excessive; the result is flavorful without becoming greasy. The Hawaiian, Fiori’s Special, All Meat, and classic cheese pies are consistently well-executed. “4 slices of delicious pizza and 2 craft beers for $18! That is unheard of! We got the first time discount but even without that the price was unheard of in 2026. And the pizza was superb. Crispy crust, delicious toppings and flavor combinations, we are never going to any other pizza place again! The only thing I could wish for is a little bit of a better in house dining atmosphere.“
