We go here at least once per week and don’t get tired of it because the food is good and they have a large menu. It’s great especially on nights they have live music.
THIS IS THE SPOT! Chicago in San Diego, go no further than Lefty's! I ordered a Chicago hot dog and Italian beef sandwich, which were both 10/10 excellent. Will be trying to pizza next and updating review, but let me tell you, this place was so damn good that I found the owner and asked for a job!!! That's another thing. It's locally owned by a Chicago woman who now lives in San Diego. She was working the register of all things. Fantastic experience! Thanks again Lauren! 🔥🍕🌭🍔
Leftys menu is great top to bottom so even if you're not a Chicago style pizza fan you'll find something you like. CBGB is one of my favorite sandwiches in San Diego. also... the staff is fantastic it's a well run operation.
