Visiting from BC, Canada and this place was GREAT, we came here two days in a row. I have nothing but great things to say! Highly recommend!
Great place to sit down and get an amazing botanical infused drink. I dont drink much but the kinds of drinks that Koo serves at his brewery are one part that makes me come back. The second aspect are the amazing people i've met and shared conversation and drinks with, and finally the great funk, hiphop, and jazz music that spin on their vinyl player. The Dysfunction was fantastic and dangerous. Easy to drink more than one. 8.5 abv and full of flavor.

Koobrew is a great place to sit down and get an amazing botanical infused drink. The beers are delicious and the owner, Koo, is very kind and welcoming. He has great taste in music, spinning funk, hiphop, and jazz on a vinyl player. It’s the first vinyl listening brewery, with unique options, organic ingredients, and immaculate vibes. The atmosphere is chill and feels like hanging out in someone's living room, with hand-selected records played while sipping unique drinks, including a great gluten free selection. The owner is usually there and makes guests feel welcome with new flavors and good drinks. Everything feels thoughtful and crafted with intention, and the passion behind everything they do is genuine. It’s a solid spot and a go-to place to bring friends visiting San Diego for craft brews, and it has quickly become a favorite local spot.
