Great vibe; even greater brews!
Love this spot. Definitely has its own thing going on. Koo’s creations are so good, easy drinking, don’t make you feel bloated and are not sugar heavy. His beer reminds of how San Diego used to be early 2000’s, cleans and simple but good. Japanese dark lager is definitely a favorites amongst a lot of people.

Great spot, unique drinks, Koo obviously knows his stuff and makes great drinks with a great vibe. I really never write reviews but felt I should this time because this place was a true gem!

Koobrew is a great place to sit down and get an amazing botanical infused drink. The beers are delicious and the owner, Koo, is very kind and welcoming. He has great taste in music, spinning funk, hiphop, and jazz on a vinyl player. It’s the first vinyl listening brewery, with unique options, organic ingredients, and immaculate vibes. The atmosphere is chill and feels like hanging out in someone's living room, with hand-selected records played while sipping unique drinks, including a great gluten free selection. The owner is usually there and makes guests feel welcome with new flavors and good drinks. Everything feels thoughtful and crafted with intention, and the passion behind everything they do is genuine. It’s a solid spot and a go-to place to bring friends visiting San Diego for craft brews, and it has quickly become a favorite local spot.
