“A small but welcoming satellite taproom of this classic San Diego brewery. The beers are great and they do have some small batch seasonal stuff that is definitely worth trying. A word of caution, it shares an outdoor space with the cigar lounge next-door, so if you are not amicable to cigar smoke, pick a table inside.“

“Went to Quartyard for trivia on Wednesday, and it was seriously so much fun!!
The venue itself is super artsy and trendy, kind of like an outdoor warehouse with shipping containers.
The staff was super sweet and had great energy. They had a nice selection of beers, ranging from light options and ciders to IPAs and dark beers.
It was seriously such a fun time and a great place to let loose! I’ve seen shows being held at this space before, so I’ve always wanted to check it out!

“We went on a Wednesday night so it wasn't crowded. Had a great atmosphere. Loved the outdoor seating and being able to watch the game on that big screen. Staff was great! Order drinks and food at the bar and self seating. Ordering was easy and fast. We tried a few of their drinks and were all good but the gold rush was fantastic. I had the Spicy surf and turf burrito and it was hands down the best burrito to ever cross my lips!! I definitely recommend a visit!!“

“LOVE this brewery! My husband & I wanted to have a spot to gather all of our out-of-town friends and family the night before our wedding and we knew we wanted Helix! Communicating with them was so easy - they made sure we had info about the food truck, parking, and everything else we would want. The most incredible part? They didn't even charge us extra to swarm the brewery with our ~90 guests.
Besides having the best, most chill vibe with delicious beers... they're just cool, down-to-earth people. We love you, Helix!“

“I can't rave enough about this, my new favorite place to visit in San Diego. What a fun vibe! A winery (with cocktails), a meadery, and a European-focused brewery sit around an outdoor stage and eating area with an utterly fantastic pizzeria. Seriously, Pizza Cassette is ridiculously good...and I say this as a Staten Islander who eats top-notch pizza weekly. The crust is very flavorful with a nice Neopolitan-style chew, and I loved the spicy Calabrian salsa on our pie. The meatballs were juicy and loaded with flavor. The only less-than-stellar dish was the "heirloom" tomatoes (that didn't seem to be heirloom at all) Caprese salad with burrata. Otherwise, I can't wait to try more of the menu. Throw in a great '60s/'70s cover band a fun crowd, and you've got yourself a helluva night!
Parking: When this place is full, it's hard to find parking in the tiny lot, but free street parking is available.“
