Domino's Pizza in San Diego

“Carlos made some of the best pizza I’ve ever had.
This dominos in my opinion has gone downhill over time, but I stopped by because I wanted dominos and it was a long day at work and pizza sounded like a good idea while on my way home. So I ordered an ultimate pepperoni and an Extravaganza large. Best pizza I have ever had anywhere ever in my life.“

“I have long been pleased with the food and service at this restaurant. Today I ordered my usual favorite pizza, but found I was given the wrong order after opening the pizza box at home.

I returned to the restaurant to resolve the issue. A staff member at the entrance noticed me and asked if I needed help. I told him I had received an incorrect pizza that was different from what I ordered. He politely checked my order details, confirmed the kitchen’s mistake immediately, and arranged a fresh correct pizza for me right away. He kindly asked several times if I needed complimentary drinks, and even offered to let me keep the wrong pizza, which I politely turned down.

Errors are inevitable during busy business hours, and I fully understand that. What impressed me most was the staff’s professional and considerate attitude, which was totally different from my unpleasant experience at Panda Express previously. This is exactly the customer service every restaurant should provide, and it made me feel respected and satisfied. To make up for the inconvenience, he also gave me a discount coupon for my next purchase. He acted extremely responsibly throughout the whole process.

I have been a regular customer here for years. The food tastes amazing, and the service is consistently outstanding. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.“

“I don’t know for anyone else and I really don’t care but I know that from my experience every time I go to this Domino’s they’re always on point. My order is always nice and hot. Tasty it’s always delicious. I’ve never had something wrong happened to my order and sorry for those who did get their order wrong but for me this place is great. “I just want to say that Domino's Pizza has come a long way from tasting like cardboard. But pizzas that tastes the best all depend upon the cooks making it and the cooks at this place make the pizza delicious. I have definitely changed my opinion about Domino's and I ordered from this place a lot. Especially on the weekends. =]“

“We have not had the pizza, but I made a mistake and put the delivery time as 12am instead of 12pm. It was a large order for a party. I called them at 12am after the delivery guy was almost at my door and they were kind enough to cancel my order. I can’t thank them enough and this alone is 5 star service for me.

“We ordered a large deluxe last night, it got done in 11 minutes and the pizza was fire!!!! Staff was friendly and they were working very hard with all their orders and still made it happen fast. They also have a manager special for walkins. Highly recommend this location“

“Sonny’s was amazing. The hostesses were able to get my husband and I seated right away even on a busy Saturday. The food was absolutely delicious and our server, Kezi, made the whole experience memorable. Will definitely come back and we may even consider having our wedding reception there as well.“

“I ordered a large pizza, garlic bites, and some cinnamon bites. Pizza came out great but when I got home I realized I was given two garlic bites. The gf was not letting that one slide so I called them to get the situation resolved. The guy at the store was apologetic, made a new order ASAP, gave me more than I originally paid for, and was in and out without paying for the additional food. Inconvenient? A bit, but mistakes happen and the service made up for it.“

“the timing for pickup was perfect even considering it was a holiday (NYE). They were friendly and welcoming, despite how busy their store was. The pizza and breadsticks were delicious and literally steaming as I walked to my car haha. Overall great store and people working there. “Wow, I don’t know what changed recently, but this place has gotten noticeably better. The customer service was great, the food was fresh, and my order was actually ready when the app said it would be. A really nice gentleman named Joe helped me out and made sure everything was taken care of. Huge improvement from the last few times I came here. If they keep this up, this might become my go to lunch spot again.“

“Absolutely amazing, my food was prepared fast, fresh and it came to my door hot and ready, honestly one of the best dominos I’ve ordered from.

Highly recommend even if it’s the weekend and late at night.

I went back again Saturday, April 4 and order the vegetarian, the Philly cheesesteak and the meat lovers pizza and the parmesan cheese bites everything was so good.‼️ I was very surprised , impressed, and super grateful. “This Dominos is the most reliable, consistent, and efficient food service business I’ve been to in town. My family orders from here almost every week (long live Pizza Fridays!!) - our order is always ready in 15 minutes or less, and the manager recognizes me and greets me every time I walk in. “I’m not sure what everyone else is talking about but maybe they’ve stepped things up you also really only ever see negative reviews and despite the almost all 1 star reviews thought I would give them a shot and now a shout out received my order straight to my hotel room on base with the exactly correct toppings and sides as requested only 27 minutes after order so yeah that’s ok with me
