Domino's Pizza in Carlsbad

“The pizza is very good. However, the prices are a little unreasonable. I paid 42 bucks for two medium pizzas especially considering it’s take away service and I picked them up. Ouch. Also, their online ordering app is completely confusing with deals, coupons, add ons, and unclear pricing and rules. If I didn’t enjoy their pizzas so much, I would not put up with their online ordering and pricing.“

“6/5/26: The order I made was messed up because they were out of sandwich bread. The young man who answered the phone went above and beyond to get a hold of me and then called back again to make sure I was happy. You can't teach this sort of thing. Well, maybe you can but it was real customer service in my opinion.“

“Great Dominoes restaurant, the pizza was hot and was ready on time. They seemed happy to see me when I walked in and thanked me for my business. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, please keep the staff you now as they care about your business and customers. I have many choices when it comes to getting pizza 🍕 and your staff and my experience there is what will keep me coming back. Thank you.“
