“Yes, all 5's even though it was a delivery order placed within 1 hour and 20 minutes of closing on a football Sunday.
I called the store, yes everything is changing and now calling your local corporate pizza shop is an automated nightmare, but I finally got a busy sounding lady on the phone, so I limited my thanks and appreciation for a legit picture perfect order, delivered by a friendly and enthusiastic young lady that you hope to see every time you go out to eat.
My order? A large 5 topping, white sauce garlic stuffed crust , always with an order of cheesy bread, and because I love my housemates: dessert. All were delivered 15 minutes before the estimated delivery time in the email notification, piping hot and picture perfect ...which i should have taken and included, but im a real person and not some IG socialite that reviews food and asks for discounts... it was a long day and they had a deal on their website, so i figured why not? Ill be happy with whatever... who knew that itd be a bomb late night meal that fed me, my housemate, his gf and my neighbor?
All this is to say, a big thank you from a person who had a long day and got to be lazy and order pizza with great all around experience because theres some hard working folks who take pride in what they do to make money to live their own lives and have long days.
If I could walk in and hand you all $100 it wouldn't be enough, so from the bottom of my heart, thanks crew. Late order and all, I had an absolutely fantastic experience.“

“I had such a great experience with this Papa John’s location that I felt it was important to leave a review.
Earlier today, I had an issue with the online ordering system—it was glitching and wouldn’t let me select my preferred pickup time of 6:45. I called the store, and the staff quickly fixed it for me with no hassle at all. That alone was already great service.
Later, when my boyfriend picked up the order, I realized my pizza wasn’t made correctly—it was missing the extra Alfredo sauce. I called back to let them know, and Christina assisted me over the phone. She handled everything so professionally and kindly, and I could genuinely hear the smile in her voice. It made me feel like my time and money were truly valued.
That kind of energy is rare.
Every interaction I had with this team was above and beyond standard customer service. Christina especially stood out—she was patient, understanding, and solution-oriented without making me feel like I was a bother.
I’ll be honest, I’m usually more of a Domino’s type of girl, but after this experience, I don’t even think Domino’s could have matched the level of care I received here.
As active duty Navy, I’ve traveled all over the United States and internationally, and it’s refreshing to come back home and experience service like this. It reminds me that there are still people who truly care about both the quality of their work and how they treat customers.
Corporate should absolutely recognize this team—Christina and everyone working there deserve a raise or some type of incentive.

“I ordered a pizza from this location two times in one week both times they came incorrect on the third time I contacted the store. I spoke with the manager Val and when I tell you she is so nice she took my order repeated it three times and promised me that she would make sure my order would be correct and when it came to my house, it was correct and I promise you I felt like she actually cared about the customer. She took the time to apologize about the other two orders I placed in the previous week. Val thank you I appreciate the effort.“
