The burger & chips meal to-go from DD Storefront is a good deal - burger is decent size, pretty flavorful, nothing spectacular, but worth the price. However, I DO NOT recommend upgrading to the fries for $3, unless you're a fan of day-old McDonald's french fries. Despite picking up the order as soon as it was ready, the burger was just barely warm and the fries were room temperature and stale. Just stick with the chips
My friend and I decided to try this spot out for restaurant week. We made a res for 1845 and showed up at that time. Upon arrival, the hostess said it would be a bit of a wait and she'd text us when our table was ready. I thought she misheard me, so I reiterated we had a reservation. She said she knew, but they were severely overbooked for the night and that there were still 3 "2 tops " ahead of us. This was pretty off-putting. I love dining at STK especially during happy hour! Nick is one of the most phenomenal bartenders ever, entertaining and a total superstar, always makes everything a great time. Then there is Scott, GM who is attentive, welcoming and makes sure you have the best experience. I love this place! Gives off sexy vibes, great for intimate dining, big parties or celebrations.
