“GREAT PLACE TO BUY ICE CREAM, MY FAVORITE IS CHOCOLATE CHIP AND MINT. WE HAD SEARCH FOR A 31 FLAVORS NEAR US. CAUSE I NEEDED MY ICE CREAM. GREAT FRIENDLY PEOPLE.
Parking: A SMALL PLACE VERY LITTLE PARKING CAUSE THEY SHARE PARKING WITH 7 11 AND OTHER STORES.“
“The guys here are so nice and sweet. We've had the same person help us twice now, and even though he probably doesn't remember us, he is always very nice when he helps us. Wish they had name tags so I could give him a shout out!They were very busy when we went and it was a little confusing where the line to order starts and where the already-ordered-but-waiting-for-them-to-make-it starts.“

I remember when Teri Winters worked here. Sometimes I'd come in just so she could scoop for me and that I could leave an extra tip. Those were the days.
Great tasting ice cream that is just the right of wrong.
Sometimes with less than 31 flavors to choose from, it's difficult to pick lol.
Never a wrong choice.

“Had a wonderful experience at this Baskin-Robbins location! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They were patient while I decided on flavors and even offered samples to help me choose. When I had questions about ingredients due to dietary restrictions, they took the time to check everything thoroughly. The service was quick despite being busy, and the employees maintained positive attitudes the entire time. The ice cream was delicious as always, but the outstanding customer service really made this visit memorable. Highly recommend this location!“
“A lot of negative reviews here, but when I went, FYI with no knowledge of other people’s experience, for me, it was pretty decent. The flavor I had, icing on the cake, was amazing. Line was decently long, wasn’t too bad. It was around night time, just as the sun hid behind the horizon. Not too sure why people had a bad experience, I guess me and my mom were fortunate.“
“There aren't many options for ice cream shop in this area. This place has been a go to place for dessert. Their ice cream doesn't taste artificial like other chains in the same area. Love their warm brownie cup, it is amazing with jamoca almond fudge and golden ribbon.
-1 ⭐ for the cleanliness inside the store. The tables don't seem to get cleaned regularly.“
“Convenient location in the village of La Jolla. My bank gives me cash back deals for Baskin; however, it's a bit pricey for ice cream. Over $5 for one scoop, but sundaes are only $9-$10. I recommend getting the larger items, like the sundaes, they're the most value for the money.
Recommended menu item: cookie dough layered sundae.“

“I stopped by Baskin-Robbins earlier today and Allie helped me — she was seriously the sweetest! Super friendly, patient, and she had such a warm, welcoming smile. She made my order exactly right and the scoop was perfect. You can tell she really cares about customers. Employees like her are the reason people come back!“
