“The guys here are so nice and sweet. We've had the same person help us twice now, and even though he probably doesn't remember us, he is always very nice when he helps us. Wish they had name tags so I could give him a shout out!They were very busy when we went and it was a little confusing where the line to order starts and where the already-ordered-but-waiting-for-them-to-make-it starts.“

“There aren't many options for ice cream shop in this area. This place has been a go to place for dessert. Their ice cream doesn't taste artificial like other chains in the same area. Love their warm brownie cup, it is amazing with jamoca almond fudge and golden ribbon.

“Went to order a custom birthday cake. The staff onsite was not too sure so she connected me to the owner, Nisha. Investing in training the employees for efficient customer interaction would pay huge dividends.
Nisha worked with me patiently to understand the need and offered suggestions to make the cake better. The cake was ready on time as promised.
We were extremely pleased with the cake design and its taste! Will order again!“

“Convenient location in the village of La Jolla. My bank gives me cash back deals for Baskin; however, it's a bit pricey for ice cream. Over $5 for one scoop, but sundaes are only $9-$10. I recommend getting the larger items, like the sundaes, they're the most value for the money.

“A lot of negative reviews here, but when I went, FYI with no knowledge of other people’s experience, for me, it was pretty decent. The flavor I had, icing on the cake, was amazing. Line was decently long, wasn’t too bad. It was around night time, just as the sun hid behind the horizon. Not too sure why people had a bad experience, I guess me and my mom were fortunate.“
