“The guys here are so nice and sweet. We've had the same person help us twice now, and even though he probably doesn't remember us, he is always very nice when he helps us. Wish they had name tags so I could give him a shout out!They were very busy when we went and it was a little confusing where the line to order starts and where the already-ordered-but-waiting-for-them-to-make-it starts.“

They were patient while I decided on flavors and even offered samples to help me choose. When I had questions about ingredients due to dietary restrictions, they took the time to check everything thoroughly. The service was quick despite being busy, and the employees maintained positive attitudes the entire time. The ice cream was delicious as always, but the outstanding customer service really made this visit memorable. Highly recommend this location!“

“I went to Carmel Mt Baskin Robbins Friday July 17th around 9pm. The location was very busy with the worst customers! People asking for endless free samples and ridiculous topping combinations with multiple flavor ice cream, all the while being rude. The two young ladies working the store were incredible. They were efficiently taking care of everyone. They deserve all the credit. But yeah, people suck.“
“Convenient location in the village of La Jolla. My bank gives me cash back deals for Baskin; however, it's a bit pricey for ice cream. Over $5 for one scoop, but sundaes are only $9-$10. I recommend getting the larger items, like the sundaes, they're the most value for the money.
Recommended menu item: cookie dough layered sundae.“

“There aren't many options for ice cream shop in this area. This place has been a go to place for dessert. Their ice cream doesn't taste artificial like other chains in the same area. Love their warm brownie cup, it is amazing with jamoca almond fudge and golden ribbon.

“A lot of negative reviews here, but when I went, FYI with no knowledge of other people’s experience, for me, it was pretty decent. The flavor I had, icing on the cake, was amazing. Line was decently long, wasn’t too bad. It was around night time, just as the sun hid behind the horizon. Not too sure why people had a bad experience, I guess me and my mom were fortunate.“

This is my go-to ice cream place and if you see this review you got lucky to see one that is actually true.“
