So I came into the store to order a milkshake the girl working told me sorry it’s the end of the night I’m not making milkshakes . I asked her why and she responded it’s the end of the night we are out of milk . I felt the moment I walked in mind u it was 30 min before closing that she just didn’t want to make the milk shake . So again I asked her how long has she been out of milk cause she should have put a sign up saying sorry no milk or something . Anyhow very disappointed.
DO NOT ORDER a cake from this location. I ordered an ice cream cake online 13 days before my husband's birthday. It was supposed to be ready at 5pm on his birthday. I got to the store around 5:20pm and they didn't have the cake. They asked me for a receipt and I showed them my email confirmation. They weren't empathic at all. The person working the counter kept going in the back to talk to someone. They would be back there for awhile keeping me waiting and continued to come back...read full review
