How hard is it to mess up ice cream???Oreo cold brew, love potion and old fashioned butter pecan. I got regular oreo, love potion and a frost bite pecan. I picked the wrong BR thats for sure!!! My question is can the kids read the orders?

So I came into the store to order a milkshake the girl working told me sorry it’s the end of the night I’m not making milkshakes . I asked her why and she responded it’s the end of the night we are out of milk . I felt the moment I walked in mind u it was 30 min before closing that she just didn’t want to make the milk shake . So again I asked her how long has she been out of milk cause she should have put a sign up saying sorry no milk or something . Anyhow very disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER a cake from this location. I ordered an ice cream cake online 13 days before my husband's birthday. It was supposed to be ready at 5pm on his birthday. I got to the store around 5:20pm and they didn't have the cake. They asked me for a receipt and I showed them my email confirmation. They weren't empathic at all. The person working the counter kept going in the back to talk to someone. They would be back there for awhile keeping me waiting and continued to come back with no new information. They didn't apologize or care that they didn't have my order. They also didn't refund me. I called headquarters and they can't refund me it has to be the store. I still haven't received any contact or a refund from the store.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered a cake online for my daughter's birthday. I received two confirmation emails with the time it would be ready. When we arrived to pick up the cake, the young girl working there said that they never made it. I asked for the manager's info to complain and she said that they couldn't give out that info. My daughter was very disappointed. We will NEVER come back here again. Definitely do not oder a cake from this location!

We didn't get what we paid for. After a trip to San Diego, we wanted to end the day with ice cream and stopped by this BR. We ordered two ice creams and a chocolate milkshake. When my son took his order, it turned out to be not chocolate and we asked to change it. The rude woman Andrea took this other milkshake and without a word threw it in trash and said that if we want a chocolate one, we have to pay again. What? We didn't get our order, we paid them $20 plus tips and ended up with nothing. When I tried to get our order, this woman laughed in my face and asked for more money. As a result, the child was left without a milkshake, and I just gave them money for free. Very disappointing.

The store was dirty, not filthy but dirty. The tables weren't clean, the trash can at the door was overflowing and the bathroom said out of order on it, but they can use it freely. We received the wrong flavor and when it was brought to the managers/supervisors attention - it was a smug Oh were sorry and that's it. No offer of a refund or even another scoop. The manager/supervisor then showed even more of an un professional demeaner bye speaking only in spanish to the employee that came in at 6:30, which caused a glare from him to me and he said a few things in spanish and glared at the new hire behind her back and shook his head at her. On the bright side, I got an opportunity to show my son first hand racism and segregation/tribalism. I pointed it out to my son, from the bad service, poor attitude to the continuing of the poor everything as other employees came into play. And for the record, the guy that came in at 6:30 started to stock the cooler and as he was doing it - he just slammed the ice cream containers down. So I told my son, he's neglectful and may even damage the cooler. I also said, the harder he slams them down the stronger he is lol. What an idiot.

Horribly managed. Always out of hot fudge, young man said only one of us behind counter. I said so? Put fudge in the receptacle and go forward! He had no response.

Terrible customer service at this location from the girl working at 1:00 pm on 5/27. I hope the owner of this franchise is aware of the unprofessional customer service. The cakes were mislabeled for the flavor I was looking for. The flavor was not statedcorrectly on the label. I had placed the box ( that I was going to purchase) on the floor, because I was afraid I would drop the many I was jumbling through. In doing so, the worker came and aggressively picked up my box and placed to the side. I Explained to her that I was looking for mint not chocolate chip. I asked if they had cakes in the back, she said no. Apparently, she was angered that I had placed the cake I was going to buy on the ground, stating "it was unsanitary." Her response, was that I should just "go to Balboa." Look, I understand,if you are having a bad or perhaps you're not a happy person, but the worse thing you can do as customer service is take it out on customers. LolFor management and the owner, please train your employees these important people/ life skills. And for the girl, I hope you learn from your mistakes and grow from them.Kindly. D.

Came in at the perfect time this Saturday! The young lady who served my family and I was awesome! Friendly and welcoming and made an amazing banana split. Called in beforehand to find out what time they closed and got an answer they closed at 10pm. The store was clean and empty when we arrived. By the time we finished, the store was full, and she had her work cut out for her. Great experience.

I grew up going to Baskin-Robbins. I don't get their stuff for me, but my kids love it. The service is great here, staff is friendly and especially engaging with the kiddos, and so much variety. Definitely a good place to go for a treat!

Most reliable ice cream shop in my area. When ever I need a quick fix for some ice cream, this is where I head to.Although it isn't my first choice, it is never packed and isn't expensive so I can go in and out within 5 minutes.Simple and classic ice cream!Service and ambiance is what you typically would expect when coming into a Baskin-Robbins.

either the high schooler working is in the back for a while before coming to greet/check on customer, or the door is locked with a "be back soon" handwritten sign. super lame i've come by twice and no one was there, both times mid day around 1. Just a bummer
