I went to Carmel Mt Baskin Robbins Friday July 17th around 9pm. The location was very busy with the worst customers! People asking for endless free samples and ridiculous topping combinations with multiple flavor ice cream, all the while being rude. The two young ladies working the store were incredible. They were efficiently taking care of everyone. They deserve all the credit. But yeah, people suck.
Caroline is the best- so attentive & kind & goes the extra mile!

I remember when Teri Winters worked here. Sometimes I'd come in just so she could scoop for me and that I could leave an extra tip. Those were the days.
Great tasting ice cream that is just the right of wrong.
Sometimes with less than 31 flavors to choose from, it's difficult to pick lol.

Baskin-Robbins is an ice cream parlor known for its wide variety of flavors. The "Chicken & Waffles" flavor might be misunderstood as it doesn't taste like chicken and waffles, but rather has a maple flavor. The "PB&J" flavor is another option. The shop has a limited seating capacity and can get warm. On staff, there was one young employee who was friendly but seemed overwhelmed. Baskin-Robbins has a range of flavors, including the consistently available "Bubblegum" and the seasonal "Peppermint." They are commended for their service in creating a special birthday cake. The ice cream is great tasting and just the right of wrong. Sometimes with less than 31 flavors to choose from, it's difficult to pick. Never a wrong choice. Treat yourself! You deserve it. HIGHLY IMPRESSED!!!!!! They can add SpongeBob flowers. Extremely happy with the purchase. Way better than expected. Overall, Baskin-Robbins offers a decent ice cream experience with a variety of flavors to choose from.
