I had to order 6 dozen of one type of donut and two of another for pick up on Sunday and was told that was best done on the app. I was having trouble with the app( my fault. Not the apps) and the manager came and walked me through it. They were very patient and attentive and told me once they saw the order come through. Thank you
When their donuts are fresh, they're about the best anywhere. Unfortunately, that's not very often. They turn on their "Hot Donuts" light, and they're not even making new donuts. It's very disappointing to expect hot, fresh donuts and getting almost-stale donuts instead. Just when I am about to give up this place for good, I get a taste of their fresh donuts. I wish this place was more consistent.
