A few months ago during the Christmas season, i ordered a drink through the mobile app, and when i got home i realized it was wrong. I called them to let them know, even though i didnt feel like returning for them to remake it. My only concern was the drink they accidentally gave me contained an allergen that was not in the drink i originally ordered. If i had an allergy to that ingredient it could have been a problem. Love my starbies! Got my fav mix that's NOT on the menu. Easy and tastes soooo good! It's called 'The Dirty Chai' chai tea, and 2 shots of espresso (comes with the actual order). Make it iced and in a venti. I usually add a shot to really get my day going! You'll thank me later ?

Please find a way to remove sketchy people. Multiple times this year there has been a homeless person tweaking and giving off a horrendous odor. As well as a gentleman causing issues by approaching people uncomfortably and recently yelled at me multiple times in store while calling me “MILITARY!”. Another customer escorted him out in another day and almost fought him in front of store.
