Food is authentic & fresh, they offer simply & good choices
It was my first visit to Chipotle. Staff was very friendly and helped me with my selection. After done all that, I was given a pleasant surprise that my order was free. Taste good, highly recommended.
HELPFUL NOTE: this chipotle has only a small bar for *indoor* seating. Great chipotle, food was fresh and staff was quick and very cheerful. Also large nice outdoor seating area with umbrellas.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a variety of tasty meals with friendly staff who often provide excellent service. Customers have praised the location for its quick, healthy, and affordable options. One reviewer appreciated Sam, who was very helpful in advising on how to keep the food fresh, such as separating the lettuce and sour cream to prevent sogginess. The staff here are known to be hardworking and accommodating, with many in a happy mood, ensuring a positive experience even during busy times. The restaurant's team, including Sierra and the manager, Adam, consistently delivers good, fresh food and friendly service. Despite occasional issues like running out of ingredients early in the evening, many customers feel that with proper training and problem-solving, this location can outshine its competitors. The Carmel Mountain team is especially appreciated for their dedication and friendly atmosphere.
