Just went in today 4/2/2024 5pm and 30% of my rice was hard rock and can’t believe I ate it. I asked manager for some kind of refund since I didn’t enjoy my meal and she said “Should have brought the food and not trash it” . I requested a complimentary salad with no rice and she barely wanted to give it to me. My chest is all congested and don’t appreciate the service they give me. Sincerely Andres

When did they start charging for the sauce? When did adding double checked become almost half the price of an entree? Normal chicken scoop size was pathetic. Pricing has become a joke.

I am 100% vegetarian.They advertised queso as a vegan item so I got queso on side; However, I found peice of chicken in it.I hope they really try to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Yesterday I came to Chipotle with my friend in a bad mood, but we were quickly cheered up because the service was top notch and I was delighted with the staff Egor and Nurali, we don't speak English very well, but Egor and Nurali communicated with us in our native languages ​​and we immediately felt like at home, Egor is a real professional in his field and Nurali is also normal, we really liked the food prepared by Egor and the service from Nurali.I whole heartedly recommend this place, we come here several times a week and every time is like the best first time ever. Thanks to these two guys who made this experience at Chipotle the best for us. I can safely say that this is the best Chipotle I have ever been to. I also recommend making electronic tips for them.

They posted a sign saying they can't do quesedilla in store and forced me to go through the app. 5 minutes later, they made an exception for a lady. Here I am waiting another 15 min for my quesedilla while she's out the door with her.

I pre-warn anyone who wants a quesadilla to not try and order it! Apparently they only do these if you force them to by placing an online order. If you dare try to do it in person be prepared to have multiple staff jump down your throat to tell you it's never been on the menu and to read their paper sign that they do NOT make those. Who knew a little cheese & tortilla was too hard to put together to cause such a reaction when asked for in an order.

The neon sign was not on to indicate they were open. After I walked in, I could kind of see why. Behind the counter, there was food everywhere and gave off an appearance that no one working there was too concerned about health codes. Finally, I ordered a refrigerated bottled drink and it was room temperature along with the burrito not being wrapped so it fell apart while trying to eat it. I have not eaten at chipotle in a long time, but this was certainly the worst location I have visited and hope it is not indicative of how other locations are run

Is this location closing? It certainly feels like it. I would hard pass on this location and try either Poway or 4S Ranch instead. My family loves Chipotle but we stopped going to the CMR location. Serving sizes are consistently smaller than other locations, lines move very slow, the store is often out of staple ingredients (like rice!), and worst of all this store is often closed during regular business hours with a handwritten sign taped to the front door reading "short staffed". What the heck?

i made an online order and it wasn't until i got home that i realized my order was missing ingredients. this is disappointing as it's hard to ensure your order is correct, especially when it's a burrito... also the rice was undercooked and crunchy. the staff was nice but overall bad experience. will try to avoid this location moving forward.

Came in to have dinner with the kids, and was not satisfied. The chicken was dry and the beef was cold. The guac was brown and was bland. The chips were stale and had way too much salt. The service was bad, some kid with black hair who claimed he was a manager was impatient, distracted and rude. There should be much more consideration on who to hire at this establishment. Won't be coming back anytime soon.

Here’s what the menu online says for Burrito Bowl we had last night“Burrito Bowl $11.85Your choice of freshly grilled meat or sofritas served in a delicious bowl with rice, beans, or fajita veggies, and topped with guac, salsa, queso blanco, sour cream or cheese. ”We were then told guac & queso would be total of $4.30 extra. I showed staff web menu showing those were included & was asked “how old is that menu?”. I said “It’s your menu on the web.” I was then told “It depends on the location you go to”. WOW!We asked for a menu at checkout & were looked at like we were nuts. The young man showed us a catering brochure for large groups & said that’s all they had.Although the flavors of the bowl were good, the experience left a bad taste in our mouths.
