I came to try the Chicken & Waffles flavor after getting an email. I was so curious how they were gonna make a chicken and waffle flavored ice cream BUT they didn't. It's just called Chicken and Waffles but didn't taste like them LOLOL it was basically just maple flavor so I decided to try the PB&J flavor for my actual scoop. The shop itself had a couple tables inside. For some reason, it was really warm in there and the air felt stuffy. There was only one very young girl working there who was really nice but couldn't really handle doing more than one thing at a time. I asked if she was alone and she said yes...I thought that was lame. What if she needs to use the restroom? Or needs help handling customers? I think she could have used a little help while we were there but she handled it. All in all, it was just OK.

Dirty, unsanitary, and smelly. This store needs to be reported to the health department. The counters dirty, the displays dirty and moldy. Never again even if they wore gloves I would not buy ice cream from here

I am upset with their customer care service, representatives did not seem helpful and was in some kind of rush that I could not ask questions. The shake that I got was less than the expected amount. Never coming back to this store

Possibly new ownership based on a 10%+ hike in prices, and two fellas in t shirt and shorts chatting it up in the lobby and one went back to the counter when I arrived. The other one was loudly on speakerphone or face time. This type of ownership behavior you see in a small c store, not in a name brand franchise. Definitely not the same as it used to be, ambiance is gone

I’m so disappointed in Basket Robbins. I ordered a birthday cake on line for my granddaughter and it wasn’t what I ordered. It didn’t say Happy Birthday Amelia (girl). I picked pink. The icing was blue and had Dad on it.

They almost always have Bubblegum which has been my favorite since I was a little girl. Second favorite is Peppermint which they carry seasonally and in the big frozen quarts so I can always order those too. Thanks for always making my ice cream dreams come true.

If I could I give minus 5 stars, I ordered milkshake and my glass was filled only 2/3, and most of it was just milk instead of ice cream and it tasted more like milk, and I think the milk was also spoiled, because it tasted sour.

The owner Nisha and her team is super communicative and supportive on our son’s huge special made birthday cake. It is a perfect purchasing experience. Will be back.
I'm giving three stars because I was overall happy with the cake, but the service was definitely lacking. I pre-paid for my order since it was placed online and came to the store around 1 PM to pick up. A gentleman was being served ahead of me, so I waited patiently, and when the gentleman was done, I saw the employee just go back to the sink and start washing dishes that have been created from his order. After she was done, she just kept her head down and stayed behind the counter, until I finally spoke up. She barely looked up at me, and then mumbled that she didn't see I was there. The entire time she had help the gentleman ahead of me. She barely even made eye contact with him, so it was no wonder that she didn't notice I was in the room since she didn't lift her head once the process took way longer than it needed to. The shop was clean and well organized. Ample parking in the same shopping center near Party City...but there's a closer location to me and this location just left me very unwilling to go back just based on the lack of service.

Not a great experience when you're waiting to be served next and some random kid walks in like a customer, shakes hands with the kid behind the counter, asks me for my order, grabs my cone and ice cream and serves it. The problem is he never once thought about putting on a glove or washing his hands. Totally not cool at all, I hope management sees this and makes an effort to properly retrain the staff.

I like that they have pre-filled pints especially of chocolate chip and Very Berry Strawberry. Our two favorite flavors. The ice cream is yummy as usual. I am just sax that they don't make clown cones anymore. Not sure why not. My husband loves to get one his birthday but alas they are gone. Very sad.

This is our go to ice cream spot anytime we are in the area. This location is convenient located off the 15 freeway next to other yummy establishments like Olive Garden, Best Pizza, and Krispy Kreme. Parking is a bit tight when it's busy, but usually there are spaces to the side of the so it's easier to maneuver. We have visiting this location about 5 times in the past 3 months. Each time there have been young employees who have helped us and all have been friendly (except 1 who was busy talking to her friend vs helping customers). My new fave flavor is the Oreo Cold Brew which is Oreo pieces with coffee flavored ice cream. So good!!! The kids get traditional flavors such as chocolate and mint chip. Sometimes there's promos so check often. This location does give out bigger scoops which I def appreciate! Another location gave dinky portions for the amount BR charges for a single scoop!!! A few tables inside and outside to sit and enjoy your treats. You can ask the employees for water if needed.
