Can I give this spot a 10 star review?! First of all, when we rolled up to this location (Sports Arena in SD), we saw a line that went out the door and around the building. This, on a MONDAY! There's only one way to interpret this, that Phil's is a highly popular BBQ spot. I had an incredibly delicious dining experience at Phil's before heading back to Atlanta. I'm so glad I tried their food! The BBQ sauce they serve is absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend trying their beef ribs, as they were outstanding. However, it's worth noting that the portion of beef ribs is quite generous and may be too much for a single person. It's best enjoyed when shared between two people. Overall, a definite thumbs up!
