This JIB has THE most friendly staff. Trust me when I tell you this, because we eat here more than we should. The food is always piping hot, orders are correct, and they even remember whether we want sauce or not for our nuggets or toppings on our shakes. We ate our yummy food after we ordered it. We listen to good music. No indoor dining and the crowd isn't pleasant. However, I should note that, despite the not-so-desirable environment this jack in the box is situated, the employees did a great job with the food preparation and cooking (a little on the slow side to get it though). Everything within the staff's ability to easily control was great. Still, a place to sit down indoors (away from the people with mental health issues who loiter outside) would be ideal.
