“This place has wide menu with great number of delicious items. Clean and cozy. I go there often and enjoy it every time. On the negative side - webpage says it opens at 10:32 but it usually later than that time and placing order over the phone is hard because of the language barrier. So I would rate service as mediocre since they charge almost twice as much as other vegan places but can't provide a basic courtesy of being on time.“

“Don’t order with your eyes because you won’t finish… trust me, it’s that good! They have to have the “best” Viet BANH CUON (steamed rice rolls) in town! “This is honestly my absolute favorite pho place in San Diego. My favorite thing to get here is the pho tai and it hits everytime. I have tried other things here as well and everything else I tried was also delicious but I am a SUCKER for their pho broth. “Had their egg rolls with the rice paper a year ago from a co-worker who brought a tray in to work. Haven't stopped thinking about it.

But somehow, it wasn't as good as I remembered it. Still good but a little too dry and too salty.
Bahn mi was great.

Not much of a seating area so beware if you plan on eating in.
They only take cash.

“Great tasting and refreshing Vietnamese cuisine at Pho Fusion near Convoy Street! Nice casual shop great for dining in or ordering take out. We enjoyed the #1 dac biet steak pho and #40 Bún Thit Nu’óng vermicelli noodle with grilled pork strips. The Thai tea with boba was yummy. Friendly staff and quick service. The restaurant closes at 7 so make sure to come earlier. Recommend!“

“We’ve been coming here for like 15 years. The pho broth is one of the best: deeply savory but not too salty or sweet. It could rival some of the more popular Westminster spots.

I’d say this pho is a step above any of those pho franchises like Kevin’s Noodle House or Pho Lee Hoa Phat.

Service is always quick, efficient and with a smile. Bonus: they’re open on Christmas until 3pm!“

“I was staying close by and ordered some to-go. OMG!! I have never had rolls so unique and good. And I'm SE Asian!
Coconut dipping sauce. Muah! The secret crunch on the inside of the spring rolls... Very unexpected.
The twin cities SE Asian communities need to adopt some of these ideas. I wish I was staying longer so I could try more. Hats off to you. Highly recommended.“

“Went for lunch with family on a whim. Family was happy with the choice. We went specifically for sushi, and I picked 4 rolls with appetizers. Family thought fish was fresh, food was delicious. Drank the passion fruit with food, refreshing. We agreed we need to return to try more dishes. Looks like regulars take to go. We were only ones for awhile catching up. “Authentic Vietnamese place serving only 4 dishes. But if you like made to order banh cuon (steamed rice rolls), cha lua (steamed pork loaf), or best of all, gio chien (fried pork paste), you really won’t be disappointed. These simple items are much better than what’s available elsewhere because of the ingredients and because of their freshness. Yum!

Note: You can reheat the fried pork paste in an air fryer at home and it still tastes good, but when it just comes out, the smell of it is so irresistible!“

“Ordered 4 dishes for takeout. The heavenly papaya salad, garlic chicken bowl, fried shrimp noodle bowl, and the pho fried noodle. Didn’t care much for the papaya salad. The dressing seems to be missing something. Taste diluted. The chicken bowl was good and flavorful. The shrimp noodle bowl was good but wish they give more shrimp. There was only two shrimp. The fried pho noodle was oily and the noodle was hard. No taste at all but just oily. I do wish they have more options tho. And the portion was pretty small and pricy.“

“This is our favorite new neighborhood restaurant. Max was helpful with recommending the chicken wings as a starter. The Rib Eye Pho and Rib Bone Pho were amazing. We’ve also enjoyed the calamari on a previous visit. Abi was helpful in keeping our drinks replenished. The atmosphere is super welcoming and the staff is very friendly, the food is very good and priced well. A lot of different menu offerings, I got the filet mignon pho and a lychee tea.

There are a few other items that caught my eye. The tables around me got a variety of different foods and everything looked very appetizing. The portion size is great. I recommend this place for sure. Ample parking, right down the street from main area of PB“

“Absolutely the most of the most! The veggies are abundant fresh and crispy. the pork is tender and flavorful and the tiny rice noodles are hot and well cooked. they serve it with large lettuce leaves that you wrap all the goodies up as a Vietnamese burrito. and dip it into a flavorful sauce called fish sauce but it is not fishy and does not taste like fish. Tops! Every dish is tops. and the soups are also fun to try. A fun meal pretty much describes the Saigon Restaurant. Thank you, Victor. He's the top cheese there. I'm so happy this restaurant survived the pandemic.“

“There aren't many options on the menu, but the food was pretty phenomenal. The broth for the Phở was definitely slow cooked for a long time. It was rich and fatty and you can taste the herbs.

The service was slow. When we got there, there were three empty tables but they weren't cleared off. We waited for about 15 to 20 minutes get seated. There seemed to be only one person working as server, cashier and bussing tables (we were there on Sunday for a late lunch). When we did finally get seated, service picked up a bit. But they did forget to bring the side of bean sprouts, basil and lemon for our Phở“

“I went with my wife, my brother and one of my sisters. It was about three minutes before eight p.m. when we got there and my brother asked me to go in first. What I didn't know was that they close at eight and my brother, a long time customer, wanted to see if they would let us in or tell us it was closed before he got out of the car. Fortunately, they let us in despite the late hour. Not only that, they recognized my brother and fussed over us as if we were a group of celebrities. They were very polite and friendly despite the fact that we were keeping them at work after their closing hour. The food was excellent and was was served very quickly since we were the only customers there.“

“Loved my impromptu dine-in experience! I was waiting for my car to be fixed and found Pho Ha Noi on Google since it was a short walk away. The dine-in experience is basic & straight forward - you order at the counter and they bring the food to you when it’s ready.

I tried the grilled shrimp vermicelli noodle bowl and an iced Vietnamese coffee to-go. The server was very friendly & efficient and the food was delicious! I loved the pickled vegetables, the veggies were fresh, and the shrimp was sautéed with perfectly crisp/golden garlic & onions. I would definitely eat here again since I’d like to try a tofu dish 😊“

“BEST Ice coffee I’ve had in a long time. I had chugged quite a bit before the picture. I ordered the large coffee and strong and #11 SW special combo and already ate half before I was compelled to write a review. I also ordered the L Pate Chaud Chicken pastry and it was so buttery and flakey it didn’t even have a chance of making it in the picture. I can see why the coffee is #1 ordered nothing fancy but definitely a coffee lovers wonderful surprise, and for a sandwich shop! I’ll definitely be coming again especially for the coffee!“
