“Definitely the food was AMAZING! I was half and half when I entered this restautant but I really wanted to try this egg pancake thing and it was the best decision.👍
Often when I crave for salads or fresh herbs, I try other-than-pho dishes. It was the perfect dish for today. The cook is older grandma who is experienced in Vietnamese food and I was able to feel this is local taste of Vietnam. Employee was kind and recommended me bone-broth Pho for next time. “I just moved to Escondido, about 5 min from this place. I had no idea it had just opened up. I’ve been here 4 times now! I’ve tried the rice bowls, the soup, the sandwiches and the shaved ice. Everything is sooooo good. The only thing I will say that’s negative is that the AC doesn’t work too well in the restaurant. It’s been so hot out that it would be nice to come into a nice refreshing establishment. It may not be their fault. But if they could get that fixed that would be the cherry on top!“

I cannot make this up how flavorful the meat is and the crispy baguette and how fresh the cilantro and pickled carrots inside. Its the best combo of extremely fresh and flavorful. Anybody who sees this will thank me. Best overall experience ever. The people who run it are so nice, the area is extremely nice as well. Very open and sunny. The best sandwich in the world for only 10 dollars? This is just too good!“

We stopped in for lunch. My daughter and I shared (D1) a wonton/dumpling and pork Ramen soup. The pork was so savory, and the broth was perfectly seasoned.
My son and husband shared fried rice and chicken. They cleaned their plates. You can tell they take great pride in their food.

“So good! Plenty of space to sit, not crowded for Friday dinner. We had the steak and brisket pho with a side of spring rolls. The rolls were perfect, just the right amount of filling and the dipping sauce wasn't overpowering. Our pho broth was aromatic, with both the brisket and steak tender and a little bite left to them. We had the large bowl, and it was only 13 dollars! We'll definitely be back!“

“I really like this pho place and come here quite often. In my opinion, it’s one of the best value-for-money pho spots in the area. The interior has a very classic, old-school Vietnamese vibe, which I really enjoy.

The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the food is very filling for the price. The large pho portions are huge. My husband and I can barely finish one bowl, and there’s always a lot left.

The spring rolls are delicious, especially with the slightly sweet dipping sauce. The chicken is tender and flavorful, very authentic. Overall, a great spot and definitely worth supporting.“

“I come here almost daily because I am obsessed with their match Tres leches with matcha boba and egg pudding. It's a combination that lives in my taste buds memory. like the marriage between a matcha frappe with flan. At the family table came boba and a snow cap that easily translates to tantalizing flavors jumping for joy! Then the Bahn mi is packed with the perfect ratio of meat, picked carrots, cucumber, and JALAPEÑOS!!! I love a jalapeño that delivers and these always hit the mark. The fact that the ingredients are fresh and natural are major brownie points.“

“Best Thai and Pho in San Diego across the board, plus it’s organic, seed oil free, and a total vibe? People hate on this place cause it’s always busy and maybe their service or food is a little slow. I’ve had that experience AND the food hits 9/10 times. Try to go when it’s not peak hours on the weekend. LUNCH time here is the cheat code. Last note, I love a sweet coconut forward curry and so I don’t love their curry’s as much as the noodles and PHO.“
