Often when I crave for salads or fresh herbs, I try other-than-pho dishes. It was the perfect dish for today. The cook is older grandma who is experienced in Vietnamese food and I was able to feel this is local taste of Vietnam. Employee was kind and recommended me bone-broth Pho for next time. “PAN PAN puts Panda to shame!!!! $12 + $1.50 for a 2-item that is absolutely loaded!!!!! The restaurant itself is in need of an upgrade but that is neither here nor there. The food is on par and the portions are fantastic. A true Chinese to go! Get the BBQ Pork and the $1 upgrade coconut shrimp.. This is my go to spit for sure“

“The people here are super nice. We came here with our little kids and while we were waiting for our food ( a whole 5 min max) she brought us free cheese rangoons to keep the kids occupied. Food came out piping hot and delicious. Cost is reasonable at about $16 a plate for enough food to last me 2-3 meals. We will definitely come back.“

We stopped in for lunch. My daughter and I shared (D1) a wonton/dumpling and pork Ramen soup. The pork was so savory, and the broth was perfectly seasoned.
My son and husband shared fried rice and chicken. They cleaned their plates. You can tell they take great pride in their food.

The chicken pad Thai is amazing, but tonight I went with the Massaman curry with chicken. The mix of carrots, potatoes, and onions, With the peanut butter infused, curry is delicious. “We had a wonderful family dinner at Chin's Gourmet and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The chef's recommendations were absolutely outstanding - every dish was packed with flavor and prepared perfectly.

The dumplings were some of the best we've had: fresh, delicate, and incredibly flavorful. The green beans were exceptional, cooked to perfection with just the right balance of seasoning and texture. The rice dishes were equally delicious and complemented everything beautifully.

Beyond the food, the service was attentive, welcoming, and made our family feel right at home. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal together.

BUT their whole thing is all you can eat, and they ask you to limit your orders to 2 plates per person per round. This means each server has to keep coming back to each table over and over again. The result is that they are always super busy and have a hard time getting away long enough to clear tables for new parties or process checks.

​I previously reached out regarding concerns about the coffee quality at your 4S Ranch location. I wanted to take a moment to provide a follow-up, as I believe credit should be given where it is due.
​I have noticed a significant improvement in both the coffee quality and the overall service recently. The Dark Roast is back to the standard I expect from Panera—fresh and properly brewed.
​Furthermore, the atmosphere at this location has improved immensely thanks to the new team. I’d like to specifically highlight Jordan, who has been providing exceptional service. It makes a real difference when the staff is both professional and welcoming.
​Thank you for addressing the previous issues. It’s great to be able to enjoy my coffee at the 4S Ranch location again.
