I came here the other day with my family for lunch (but it was basically my breakfast)! I had a small bowl of Hu Tieu Mi Nuouc: it contained shrimp, ground pork, bbq pork, liver, squid, fish balls... green onions, celery, fried shallots~ this was really tasty and it came out nice and steaming! Hủ tiếu nằm vang protein is a bit dried, I am not a big fan of the minced meat nor the intestines. tThe soup flavor wasn't too bad but all together with the dried basic salad dishes, this left more room to be desired.
