Esta delicioso me gusta mucho
I am so glad I found this place. They have so much different buns to choose from. Of course the #1 is the original, so it's a must try. But I will eventually try them all! They also deep fry them too so make sure to try that out. They also have egg rolls and Vietnamese coffee.

T.P. Banh Bao in San Diego is a popular spot for Vietnamese cuisine, especially their bánh bao. Customers often leave with several boxes of these steamed buns, which come in various fillings. The bánh bao thập cẩm, a savory option, and the cadế, a sweet egg custard, are among the favorites. The restaurant also offers freshly deep-fried bánh bao and a selection of chè, such as chè chuối (banana) and chè bắp (corn). The owners, Travis and Mi, are known for their friendliness and homemade flavor. Many customers drive long distances to enjoy the offerings, and it is recommended to bring cash due to a surcharge for credit cards. The prices are reasonable considering the buns are made in-house, and customers appreciate the storage and reheating instructions provided with each order. The place also offers plant-based Asian snacks in the front. The best value is for a dozen buns, which can be frozen and re-steamed to taste like fresh. Some customers wish there was an option to buy a mix of flavors or a smaller quantity of different types to try more varieties.
