Been missing banh cuon and stumbled across this place. They have a limited menu and specialize in banh cuon dishes. I ordered the special order banh cuon plate which comes with three different types of meat, side of veges (bean sprouts, cucumbers, and herbs) and sauce. The banh cuon was good but a bit too peppery. The restaurant was hard to find but its located in the corner plaza with a supermarket. Service was quick and my food was ready in less than 10 minutes.
Love their banh cuon!! This establishment is a local favorite and conveniently next to a great Vietnamese grocery store. I will say sometimes there's a bit too much pepper for my taste that it overpowers the other flavors going on. I love how much wood ear mushroom they use and they really load on the toppings. Their bun rieu is nice too! Overall, great experience and you can always call ahead to lower your wait time.

Love their Banh Cuon.I normally get their #4 combo with all meat.I wish their veggies had more basil, and were a little fresher and less steamed. Their dipping sauce is awesome. Just enough spice, sweetness, and fish sauce funkiness!
