What a wonderful surprise! Not being very familiar with Vietnamese cuisine and wanting to go to Vietnam, I wanted to start eating Vietnamese food. The salmon spring rolls were great - not crunchy like I would have expected. I then ordered the Saigon chicken noodle dish! Scrumptious! I couldn't determine what the sauce was made of but it is soy sauce-based. There is a free salad with the best tofu I've ever had. Also 2 choices of free flavors of ice cream for dessert.
