Sometimes your on your way to town when suddenly alarms start to blare in your lower guts. "Uh oh!", you cry. But rest assured, the toilet here is in working order and usually stocked with toilet paper, hand washing station and soap. Although the toilet seat is a bit small, it nevertheless ends up being a lifesaver.“

“Pinky and Bing, best employes ever!! I had a really good experience at this pub and would definitely recommend it. The first thing that stood out to me was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. Everyone was polite, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Great customer service can completely change an experience, and the team here did an excellent job.

The location is also very convenient and easy to access. Another big advantage is the parking. There is plenty of parking available, which makes visiting much more relaxing, especially during busy hours when finding a parking space can be frustrating.

One thing I really appreciated was that they have clean restrooms. Surprisingly, many pubs either don't have restrooms available for customers or they aren't maintained very well. Here, the restroom was clean and well-kept, which made a great impression and showed that they care about the overall customer experience.

The entire place felt clean, organized, and comfortable. The atmosphere was enjoyable, making it a nice place to spend time with friends or simply relax after a long day. Between the excellent staff, convenient location, easy parking, and clean facilities, this pub offers everything I look for.

Overall, I had a very positive experience and would be happy to come back again. If you're looking for a welcoming pub with great service, a good location, convenient parking, and clean restrooms, I think this is an excellent choice.“

“This location is convenient for anyone working or living within a four mile radius. There is a full shopping mall here with several eateries and a grocery store. The lot is huge, so plenty of parking, even during holiday season.

This Subway has a couple of women who work the day shift like pros. They make a sandwich like it’s nobody’s business and not once have they ever messed it up. I have busted this store more times than I can count on my fingers and toes, so it’s about time I gave them their props! Way to go girls. I sure hope your manager appreciates you as much as all us customers do!“

“This is one of the best subways around. I only eat at this one and another location. I always say that it is a good sign to see frost on their containers. The veggies are always fresh and never taste old or gross. Their meat is always fresh looking and never looks like it has freezer burn. The cookies never taste old. As you can tell i couldnt help myself. The employees do their best to remember the orders of their regulars. I feel i dont remember names to shout out. I will always come back to this location. 2. It's open 24 hours. Since the pandemic most places close early now and I will always give my business to anyone that stays open 24 hours. They deserve it“

“When i went to this subway, I was attended by this lady I believe her name is Miriam. Surprisingly, she was alone and it was super busy I felt bad that she had to deal with that. Although it was super busy she attended me with patience and kindness! 10/10 customer service!“

“Ivan, the only employee at the store while I was there, was great. Friendly, greeted everyone that came in, and apologized for the subtle wait a few people had. Online orders were flying in, but he prioritized people who had been waiting a long time in person. It’s rare that happens these days. He checked in on if my sandwich was good while I was grabbing a refill. Things like that are important to any good experience!“

“I typically don’t give fast food spots 5/5 stars, just because it’s hard to justify in the context of everything I’ve reviewed food-wise. On top of that, I haven’t been to a Subway in years, and usually clown on it for being a pretty sad sub sandwich experience. However, I was totally surprised by my experience at this location, which I’ve somehow never been inside of although I go to the gym next door.

The interior and the sandwich preparation area were both immaculately clean. It was absolutely spotless in here, which isn’t my typical Subway experience. The guy working was really genuinely nice too and we had a good interaction.

It turned out that the sub I wanted — oven-roasted turkey — was the daily special, so I was able to get a footlong for $7. I got it on wheat with everything plus mustard and salt & pepper. The sandwich tasted truly fresh, which isn’t also outside of my remembered experience from Subway visits of yesteryear.

Overall, really top-notch Subway location that actually earns 5/5 stars in the context of fast food.“

“I wanted to give a shout out to Naomi. We visited on 8/12/25 between hours of 330pm and 430pm. When we walked in there were about 4 people in front of us and she was the only person who was making sandwiches. After we arrived. I would say close to 15 more guest came in behind us throughout our visit. Naomi being the only employee clearly saw the volume of people and she continued to maintain an level of professionalism that would be acknowledged as a good representation of the Subway brand. She remained calm, polite, and helpful even though it's was obvious to see many people waiting to be served and you could imagine the potenial feelings of being overwhelming and stressed being the only employee..She handle her self with grace aknowldged and I just wanted to make sure she is noticed by the right people for her integrity amd hardwork.Thanks Naomi!“

“Excellent location, friendly staff and in my humble opinion this would pass a sandwich inspection on the fly with a good star!

I was in the area and thought I’d give Subway a try after a couple of years and this location and the Artist did not disappoint.

Artist Blanca (I hope I have her correct) made my footlong turkey sub to perfection, it included my requested extra veggies and sauces and still my sandwich looked neat and appetizing with right amount of minimum veggies I would expect to see plus the extra ones I wanted.

The veggies looked fresh too - no yellowing or reddening lettuce, no limp cucumbers or tomatoes… the store itself smells clean and looks it too, everything was neatly arranged which was appealing. The only downside for me personally was that the veggie patty wasn’t available.

There was a gentleman at the counter who even stepped out to help a woman with the ordering kiosk without being asked - he simply was observing the customers and noticed she’d been at the machine a little longer and offered his assistance which she gladly accepted.

Thank you for living up to what Subway used to pride itself on and making me want another sandwich for dinner!

“I've gone to this location for a few times now over the last few months because I got a job near the border and this is on my way. The food is great but so is the service, which is very rare when it comes to Subway stores. Sometimes I go in the morning and there are two people who are both really nice, always welcoming and always smiling which eases you especially for someone who is new to the area like me. One of them suggested I get the BMT and it was delicious. Plus, the vegetables look great and also taste good. This store makes you feel not guilty for not eating at home. Keep up the good work!“

“I have been here more than a few times now and hands down Esmeralda is literally running the whole place to herself! Every time there’s a long line of people and it can get overwhelming so I’m happy that Esmeralda handles everything very well. Stays cool under pressure and keeps a friendly attitude with everyone. “I stopped in for a quick lunch to go and ordered the Ultimate Italian BMT special of the day on Parmesan Oregano bread, with chips and a drink for $10.99. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and everything was made just the way I asked.

But what really stood out was Angelina’s customer service.

She was incredibly polite, welcoming, attentive, sweet, and professional from the moment I walked in. She made what could have been an ordinary stop feel genuinely pleasant. It’s rare to come across someone who carries that level of care and positive energy in a fast-paced environment.

“I placed my order on Friday, October 9, 2026 for my dinner meal with Luis this Subway manager. My order includes one Turkey meat sub sandwich (6 inches) with provolone cheese added shredded lettuce, tomatoes, purple onions, black olives, and cucumber’s
is toasted on their grill with mayonnaise. I ordered the Combo Meal. I chosen the 2
Soft Baked Cookies instead of one bag of chips.
My choices were one white chocolate macadamia nut cookie and one double chocolate chip cookie.
My drink was one medium size cup of FUZE Raspberry Iced Tea. My total price was $15.00.
Luis the manager said he’s been working at this Lemon Grove location for 20 years now. Luis was very friendly and gave me excellent customer service.
The dining room chairs were padded seats and very comfortable. Also there is air conditioning in this Subway restaurant and it was very comfortable.
My Turkey Sun Sandwich Combo Meal was very healthy and delicious. Luis was very generous with these different toppings I had chosen and he didn’t charge me an extra fee.
This was my first time eating inside this Subway Restaurant location.

“Jessie did a great job today. I came in and already there were 3 people ahead of me. Then while standing there she said it's only me and I gave another order I am working on which is 3 subs in one order but going to multi task. She did so she got the customers taken care of and the large order all done before me and was apologizing the whole time. I told her you are doing great. She was the only one there but didn't make a big deal about it and kept rolling with everyone's order with a smile on her face. Great job Jessie!!!“

“I was wondering why the pickup time kept changing then when I arrived I can see why. The girl was there by herself! She had other people inside before online orders and as I sat there waiting I noticed the pickup time kept jumping up from 2:40 to 3:05. She did a good job handling all the orders in this heat and she made my sandwich perfectly! I conversated with her a little. Luckily she had another employee coming in soon.“

“This location prefers and encourages you to use a kiosk to order, it feels a bit dumb and weird. Especially since the interface doesn’t allow you to build a sub how most people typically place an Order at subway. However it was a bit nice to take a seat while the worked on my order and everyone else’s. Especially since when I first arrived they were pretty busy an definitely would’ve been standing inline for 5-10minutes with out the kiosk.“

“I personally have had a nice experience the two times I’ve been here. Each time the sandwiches were made as ordered. Maybe not the way I would want it to be (Even with ingredients so each bite is similar to the next.), but at least they don’t miss ingredients like many other fast food places - And there are a bunch of ingredients that I ask for. Reason it’s not 5 stars is because the service isn’t great. Only the first time was I greeted.
