The biggest downside of this place is definitely the service speed. If you’re in a hurry or just looking to grab a quick meal, this probably isn’t the best option, as the wait can be longer than expected.That said, the restaurant itself is clean, and the sandwiches are consistently good, which is why I keep coming back. I just wish they could speed up the ordering and food preparation process a bit. With faster service, this would easily be a much better overall experience.
My granddaughter enjoyed her Combo meal. I ordered coffee, and I was so glad that it was not weak! The clerk was amiable, and polite. Store appeared clean.
Went to see concepcion and this is the second time I seen her. She has the best customer service I have seen in a while. She always smiles and is always positive. I have been in the customer service industry all my life and she deserves a raise. She is a people person. If I was able to I would steel her I would in a heart beat to be my employee because I see big things in her. Take care of her or I will hire her in my company. Thank you Concepcion!
