Several FDA violations in place. Lack of sanitization, cross contamination present, no ppm at sink, food on floor, debris all over work areas, food storage inadequate,. Refrigeration degrees off and glass cases are filthy. The service was great, the guys were very accommodating. No one trained them in food safety and they are handling pork, beef, seafood without changing gloves and sticking meat hands in vegetables. They need an extra body at 11p as it is swamped. Listen…I know it’s Subway. For those of you who love it great. Nothing changes. For those of you who don’t…same thing, but check it.One of the only spots that remains 24hrs. both during and post COVID. Do with that what you like. Plus their service here is solid.
