Your standard Subway. Felt like a meatball sub. Got it exactly how I wanted. Some Parmesan and pepper jack cheese melted on to wheat. No complaints here. It was walking distance to the store from where I was at. No gas required. Staff was adequate and kept the line moving. Overall a satisfactory experience.
Their phone doesn't work so if you have an issue with your mobile order, it cannot be fixed. They did remake my sandwich when I asked after I made a mistake but was unable to contact them to correct it. However, when I asked for a new sandwich, she looked at me like I was silly and said, "it says 11:50," and I had to reaffirm that 45 minutes is a justifiable amount of time to ask for a new sandwich. If it wasn't for the food quality here, it would be 5 for the cleanliness and service quality. Been to this subway for years, but after listening to the critics about how the food is processed (dubious meat, not real chicken, ham, and seafood), frozen and reheated. It's not fresh at all, but preserved. Lots of reservation about it, I stopped coming to Subway hoping they'll change their business model.
