Peter was very generous with portions and personable. Made atmosphere very noice and way better service than most subways that seemingly don't like when you order food. Very friendly, give the man a raise??

I've tried to give this location a chance, but both times I've ordered an online pickup, my orders were wrong. The first time, my club sandwich was missing mayonnaise. Second time, I placed an order for two different 6 inch subs, but received only one.

Best subway!There was a long line and one of the workers (im assuming she was a manager) was very appreciative and then gave me a free cookie for the wait.Made my day!

I put mobile order in order to not wait and i was at store and i asked the employee(!) if she could make my order ready and she was rude and showed my bill and the time to pick saying its 10:40 u have to wait your order; i told her theres still 18 mins ahead and theres nobody at store. She started aggressively acted then i got mad. Then she started to prepare my order. Before finishing my order she started the another order. My mom asked her if she could finish our first. Then she said i can get my money back if i dont want to wait rudely. I waited another 10 mins she s able to finish my refund. The worst part, the owner showed up, i was explaining the issue and asked 2 or 3 times him to check the security cameras and he didn't even listen and told " i belive in her, leave and dont come back again " my mom and me was shocked. Wow!!! What a customer value(!) bravo...?

My wife and I walked in and was about to order when the kid behind the counter said the only bread they had was wheat,,,WAIT,WHAT?A reL subway shop has enough of each bread to last the day and we was at this location at 6:45 pm Wed 8/31/2022,.The way the two guys behind the counter were handling business and talking to customers just added to the reason to leave.I went to the Miramar location which wasn't much better which I will be writing a review about their location which isn't good either.If you are looking for a good sandwich avoid both of these locations, the sandwich isn't worth the price

Staff was unfriendly, they didn't make the sandwich right and half my toppings ended up out of my sandwich and on the floor. Did not put enough meatballs on my sub. Just go to the one on Mira mesa Blvd instead. They are way better.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came here for a sandwich and I ordered the teriyaki Chicken the shift manager started to put ingredients without asking me. When I asked what she was doing she became argumentative with me and she was not worth my time. So I decided to walk away. It is not worth your time or money with people who work in this industry. Beware about this happening to you!

Do not go here! There are plenty of other sandwich places to eat at. The staff is very unpleasant. I don't think they are happy. The corporate policies are not customer service oriented anymore. It seems they are more interested in profits rather than customer satisfaction. In the past, customer satisfaction meant better profits due to repeat business etc. I guess that is not the focus anymore. Just like big corporate moguls, it seems they just don't care about the average customer. Who cares about you when there are thousands more that will come. Unfortunately, for them, unless it changes, Subway will just be another business gone under. But they probably don't care. They've made their fortune!

If it wasn't for the food quality here, it would be 5 for the cleanliness and service quality. Been to this subway for years, but after listening to the critics about how the food is processed (dubious meat, not real chicken, ham, and seafood), frozen and reheated. It's not fresh at all, but preserved. Lots of reservation about it, I stopped coming to Subway hoping they'll change their business model.
