Carl's Junior has great service and menu options, out of comparisons with any other hamburger resturant. They might not have the largest menu out there, but to me, it's great. The only thing I feel most customers would say is there isn't so many desserts available or value meals for children (As in other meal choices their competitors have). Probably one of thee worst if not the worst of Carls Jr's, crew has no idea what's going on half the time. Management does not seem to care to much about what is happening and customer service FORGET IT to many unmotivated faces makes the place feel gloomy and unworthy to eat at after a day of work (This carls Jr is near a business area ) failed services are not the way to run business.

I was the only one in the drive thru at 6:15 in the morning and no one was inside of the dining room. I might as well got the food around the corner from where I live and drove the 20 minutes to work. Stupid me thinking getting the food 2 minutes from the job that it would be hot and fresh. ?
