This was the second, and maybe last time I will visit this restaurant. I was here a couple of weeks ago and there was no Coke Zero in the fountain. Today the was still no Coke Zero and now no Coke! The order taker said that the syrup hadn’t arrived yet :-(No offer to refund the cost of the drink.I like Carl’s but I won’t be back to this location anytime soon. And if I do, I won’t order until I test the soda fountain.

Ordered just a cali-double-burger late afternoon in drive thru. 2 cars in front of me. Took about 15 (?) minutes to get my food. Burger looked nothing like what is advertised. Burger was tiny & barely had any lettuce or tomato. Should have gone to In & Out.

Carl's Junior has great service and menu options, out of comparisons with any other hamburger resturant. They might not have the largest menu out there, but to me, it's great. The only thing I feel most customers would say is there isn't so many desserts available or value meals for children (As in other meal choices their competitors have). Seating and furniture in the restaurant could be a little more child friendly.Coupled with The Green Burrito, in the past, I thought Carl's Jr. had a great menu, it just needed to be updated a bit more(for vegetarians/ dietary restrictions).

Probably one of thee worst if not the worst of Carls Jr's, crew has no idea what's going on half the time. Management does not seem to care to much about what is happening and customer service FORGET IT to many unmotivated faces makes the place feel gloomy and unworthy to eat at after a day of work (This carls Jr is near a business area ) failed services are not the way to run business.
