Visited 7 days apart. In person visit was spot on great customer service, sandwich superb. Placed an online order next, and the sandwich was only sprinkled with ingredients. Pretty insulting. I'd return in person only
I haven't been to Subway in years but for some reason yesterday on my drive home from work between downtown back home to Escondido, I felt the absolute need for a sandwich. The sandwich was delicious, the cookie was delicious, but the 5 stars go to the customer service. The person making my sandwich noticed my dog in the car and asked if she wanted a little piece of cheese or meat in a separate little baggie. It was THE nicest thing. We ran in tonight to grab some dinner, I haven’t been to a subway in quite some time. The young man, Ethan, was helpful and did a good job making our sandwiches. The Philly is so good! And the footlong cookie was perfectly crispy and soft! I will definitely be returning.
