All the orders via my subway app were prepared on time as expected. There are times when someone wasn't easy on sauces, but that just makes the sandwich juicy. I would take into account that it's a busy place since they can't be reached by phone plus its landline so it can be slow. Definitely need a temp hire to empty voicemail box. Great staff.

Out of all the downtown fast food restaurants this one is the best for customer service dignity and respect! While Subway may not be the way they were in the 1980s this one's still a pretty good meal!
