Subway in Normal Heights offers a variety of choices, including vegetarian options. The staff is friendly, patient, and provides great customer service. Although there may be a wait of 15 to 20 minutes for food, the employees show hospitality, even allowing customers to finish eating past closing time. However, there have been instances where online orders have caused delays for in-store customers. Street parking is available, and tipping options when paying by card are desired. Overall, the Subway in Normal Heights provides a welcoming experience with good food options, despite occasional service hiccups.
