Dos Palmas Cafe - Normal Heights offers an absolutely wonderful outdoor setting in a private courtyard, with bar seating in front and a cute little outdoor patio on the side. The turkey pesto sandwich was wonderful, with bread that was nicely toasted and a combination of ingredients that was perfect. The turkey chipotle panini and breakfast panini with ham are both delicious, and the grilled cheese sandwich was amazing, especially with avocado added. The horchata latte is amazing, not too sweet or bitter, and the Mexican mocha is definitely worth trying. Other excellent options include a Mexican mocca latte, POG kombucha on tap, and a red velvet cookie. The portions are not skimped on, and the sandwiches are always filling, perfectly crunchy, and full of flavor. The staff is pleasant, and the service is fantastic and speedy.
