PURE TRASH!! The owner of this location should be ashamed of them selves. I went on a Tuesday night and the guy told me he was too busy to make my sandwich, so I come in Wednesday morning, and of course, the same response from the subway employee. I never was acknowledged, and on top of that a guy was doing some maintenance/cleaning over all the food and sandwiches that were being prepared...... Disgusting!!!!!! Never going here again and this is my home location !!!!!! oh, and sidenote, train your employees better!!! DONT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!"This place has gone to,shit"

Submitted and online order pick up and got here and they said my order was already picked up. The pick up time was 6:45. I got here at 6:46. Online restaurant experience is down so writing Yelp a review. Food was remade at 7pm. Gave the food to someone else. Severed someone else soup before remaking my sandwich.

I walked in tonight and there is only one employee behind the counter and there's like six people online. This poor guy was really struggling to make one sandwich. He struggled to make one sandwich I had to leave because I was already waiting 20 minutes and then four people ahead of me. I figured if I stayed, I will probably get my sandwich after 45 mins. They need more staffing here. This is ridiculous.

This is the closest subway to my house and today I just walked out. Leaving customers waiting while you do online DoorDash orders is not acceptable. I hope this gives you an idea of why people walk out. And please offer a tipping option when paying by cc

Came in Jan 6, 2023 so hungry and almost closing time. The employee did not turn us away and was very nice. He even let us sit and eat until we're finish. That was the quickest 7 minutes I had to eat a 6" sandwich. Lol. Did not want to stay longer than necessary since I'm sure the guy was tired and has a family to go home to. He showed us hospitality in the food service. All employees should be like him. He turned off all lights and closed the shop right after we left, past 10pm. Thank you! Appreciate it!!!

To start off my son and me got food poisoning, after a long time I went again, and same employees rude. And this time I don't know if because I had a coupon but they didn't ask if I wanted them toasted, and didn't give me a receipt. Last time I go there!

New recipe for their sweet onion sauce? It tastes nothing like it used to and it's dark brown now. I ordered my normal sandwich, with sweet onion sauce, and when I got home I noticed the different looking sauce. It tastes horrible and of course was all over my sandwich. Yuck. When I called to ask about it, all I was told is that they changed the recipe. No apologies, no offers of a new sandwich. Nothing. I won't be back
