Reservation only - requires a $270 deposit for the 18-course omakase for two people. I booked the 7PM slot. You can arrive a little earlier and order some drinks in the small waiting area. Hidden in convoy behind a taco spot, is hidden fish. Upon entry, we were greeted warmly and professionally by the wait staff. Inside is so very clean and sharp. Chef is standing in the prep area prepping the pieces for the night. Chef Peter greets us so kindly while maintaining his focus on the prep. He is such a great host and chef. We absolutely loved our experience here and would come back in a heartbeat. The attention to detail, small group setting, high quality fish, and excellent service blew us away. Such interesting and creative flavor combinations without overshadowing the beauty of the fish itself.
