“I'm gonna be honest, I love this place and it is literally my favorite restaurant. I need them to be in business forever because I need to leave a positive review of them in my obituary. My personal favorite order is the chicken tikka masala and the saag paneer with garlic cheese na'an, but I'm fairly certain it's all just amazing. I just had a birthday lunch there and brought friends, and once again everyone who'd never been there was obsessed. I dream about my leftovers and they always live up to the hype.“

“Such great food and environment! I had the veggie korma and tikka masala lunch special and it was a good meal… so incredibly delicious!! 110% recommend, you should definitely try for yourself. Unfortunately I devoured it before thinking about taking a photo. Interesting but really good flavors.“

“I have tried Indian food all over the country. From New York to San Francisco to San Diego and everywhere in between. This place is by far the best. They bring the heat if that's what your looking for and lose nothing on flavor. The Naan is special. Just the right amount of seasoning. In a city that brings flavor to every appetite, Himalayan is the king of Indian. Like many places, they allow you to choose the spice level, but unlike most places, they nail it everytime. If your in the area and feel like having Indian food, order pickup or eat in. You will not be disappointed.“

“Genuinely surprised on how good this place was I’ve been to many Indian food places and this one takes the cake. The service was fast the waiter was so nice and the portions were big I was more than satisfied please if you can give it try.(ps. The mango lassi comes in a big glass extra points)“

“Ok, I’ve ordered from Himalayan House Restaurant for a long, long time and I’ve procrastinated on posting a review because I selfishly wanted to keep this secret for myself. Staff have always been helpful and quick with fulfilling orders. The food is stellar. We typically order their chicken tikka masala, butter chicken and lamb tandoori entrees. All of these dishes are always perfectly cooked, savory, saucy and palatable. You have the option to specify the heat level on the entrees, using a scale of 1 - 10. Be warned, ordering a dish 10/10 heat will cause your nose to run, your lips to burn and mouth to tingle. It hurts so good! Of course, we also order their naan bread to slop up all the sauce. Their kheer (rice pudding) is the perfect dessert to end an amazing meal. It’s normally served warm and it’s just a tad sweet. My only complaint is that I wish they gave you more kheer per order. We typically pay $75-85 (with tip).“
