“Lunch of Champions - Each lunch plate comes with two items plus basmati rice, naan, Nepalese salad and kheer rice pudding. I tried Chicken Tikka Masala, Chili Chicken, Chana Masala and Chicken Vindaloo. They were all very tasty ? I’ll definitely go back to try more.Follow me @bonn_voyager for more.“
“The best restaurant experience I’ve had in years. Staff was so welcoming and helped guide me through the menu as I am not too familiar with this type of cuisine. The waiter and wait staff assistant were very attentive to our needs throughout meal and even brought me extra sauces to try with the food. We tried the chicken tandoori, lamb vindaloo and lamb jalfrezi. All were amazing but the jalfrezi especially was out of this world! We were also served lentil soup as an appetizer and a sweet pudding for desert, compliments of the house. The owner Drona came to our table and asked how our food was and was very kind. We will be back!!!“
“Great food, so delicious!! Loved the variety of meats! We had chicken, goat, yak and it was all delicious! My kids were excited to try new foods and we enjoyed everything. We’re looking forward to coming back and trying more. The service was so friendly and attentive and the ambiance was fun. ???? lots of vegan options too.“
“Great food and spice. I love it. Great big portions that are good to share. Definitely recommend for Indian foodParking: A small parking lot for a number of businesses so you might have trouble getting a spot depending on when you go. I didn't have trouble parking when I went but I consider myself lucky“
“This is the BEST Indian spot in Mission Valley!! My favorite dishes are the Aloo Gobi and Vegetable Pakora. I love how customers get a free warm Daal soup to start as well. I would recommend Himalayan Curry & Grill to anyone visiting San Diego. There is a warm atmosphere with friendly service. I go about once a week. LOL! There's not enough I can say to describe just how bomb this place is. <3 Thank you Himalayan Curry & Grill for continuing to go above expectation.“
“Never dined in but ordered take out many many times. The first things we tried were so good we've never branched out to try new dishes. Chicken makhani, garlic and/or cheese naan, and the mixed momo are unbelievable. I'm a biryani fan and the fact that I still haven't tried theirs speaks to how good the makhani is. Tikka masala as well. The momo and dipping sauce that comes with it are the highlight, however, and were a new thing for us. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey unless you stretch things with naan or rice. Still, it's worth it now and then for some flavors you wouldn't find at your average Indian place.“
“Came here to have some amazing Indian food. And that we did.As soon as we walked in we thought to sit on patio (kids inside) but were advised to sit inside due to cold air so we obliged. Service was amazing. Not too much not too little. Food was delicious and spice level accurate and fair. Portions are literally perfect. Every restaurant in The world should serve these size portions. We ate everything as anyone should every time dining out. As we were there around late dinner time the place was not too busy and had plenty of pick up meals. Letting us know it’s good.We both had chicken dishes. Very good. Try the paneer pakora.Recommend this spot!Parking: Place is in a little plaza comes with a parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Kids were there when we arrivedWheelchair accessibility: All one floor. Looks like easy access to patio as well.“
“I looked for an ethnic restaurant for our Valentine's Day dinner, and we're so happy to have found Bhojan Griha. The food is prepared with excellent skill using all fresh ingredients. The curry and masala had the perfect flavor and spices, and the samosas were mouth watering. Relax and enjoy the atmosphere and company while you wait, because the food is prepared from scratch.Vegetarian options: Our vegetarian friends love this restaurant.“
