Service like this is so hard to find anymore. Anticipated before we got there that the requested outside table would be intollerable in the unseasonable heatwave and moved us inside. Staff was very appreciative of us being there, worked as a team, and provided little extras that cost them nothing but mean the world to us.
Wonderful place! Excellent food. The servers were very attentive and kind. We went twice. First time, we had the breakfast pizza as recommended by our waiter. It was so good, but was too much food even for 2 hungry people. The second time we ordered the breakfast sandwich and eggs Benedict. Both very good! Would definitely come again. Recommend getting a reservation on the weekends. Shout out to Juan and Denice for being so nice to us.

Highlights include the Berry Crumble, avocado toast, and perfectly poached eggs, making it a great brunch location in the heart of the Gaslamp District.
