“When considering the size and cost of this sub, it is a great sandwhich. I love the philly cheese subs, hot buffalo chicken, and chicken bacon ranch all on herb and cheese bread. Not a lot of seating and the parking is very crowded. The staff rotates in and out fast since its a summer job kind of place, so during lunch rush with a trainee cashier, it can take a bit longer than normal, but overall still worth the wait and difficult parking lot.“

“I've ordered here a couple of times in person and online and process has been smooth. You can tell the staff is very professional and polite. The atmosphere is welcoming and no long waits as staff are quick with orders. On top of that the food is delicious.“

“We were in San Diego heading to the airport and stopped to grab a bite. This place is running at top speed! Handling on line orders and walk in customers very efficiently. Customer service was excellent and very friendly. Order was made exactly as we asked. Everything was fresh and tasted great.“

“This location is very conveniently located near the 56 freeway exit in Rancho Peñasquitos in the Von’s shopping center. It’s in a corner a couple doors down from the new Planet Fitness gym, right next to the Optometrist.

I’m not exaggerating my family orders from here once a week. We usually place it on the app which is easier for us but my parents have ordered in person and they say it can be busy but the line moves pretty quickly.

As someone whose favorite meal is a sandwich, I genuinely am obsessed with every iteration of a sandwich. I’ve ironically never had the Philly from here but I hear it’s yummy.

My mom is a vegetarian and I eat mostly plant based. Ingredients have to be fresh for especially a veggie sandwich otherwise it’s just a sad experience with no flavor. Every single time we have ordered from here it’s 9/10. Very friendly staff, helpful, and they seem to be well staffed throughout the day.

Online ordering is seamless with little issues apart from needing to enter the security code every time which is pretty standard for a lot of apps for security. Never had an incorrect order.

Only issue and why it’s a 4/5 star is bc I like banana peppers and jalapeños, they add crunch and flavor but almost every time I get them, there is the end piece with the stem part that isn’t edible, no one wants that in their sandwich ruining texture harmony!

Besides that I think from their deli meats to their tomatoes that their ingredients are super fresh, sandwiches have a good amount of toppings to not be soggy, and the bread is decent. No comparison to subway in my opinion, Jersey Mikes is way beyond as far as quality and service goes!

Plus, they also have Miss Vickie’s BBQ which is maybe the best chip in the whole world!!! Seriously get this flavor it’s a flavor bomb 💣“

“I live accross the street and pop im regularly. I havent written a review previously because every other experience Ive had here has been pretty typical. Today I am rating 5 stars because of employee Brandon's impressive customer service. There was a problem with my order and he managed to turn the situation into a positive experience than the usual combative attitudes from other food establishments. I felt like he went above and beyond and the experience was sooo smooth. 5 stars.“

“This has to be one of my favorite Jersey Mike’s locations in San Diego. I come here often since there’s a Tesla charging station nearby, which makes it really convenient. The staff is always very friendly, and the manager must run a positive place because no matter how busy it gets, they treat me like I’m the first customer of the day. “I’ve only been to this Jersey Mike’s once before, maybe like 3 months ago to grab a small Turkey and provolone sandwich for an after/gym snack.

This time I had the chipotle cheese steak on rosemary parmesan, and added portobello mushrooms, pepper relish, grilled banana peppers, and grilled jalapeños. This is a sandwich I saw @thatcrazysubguy make on Instagram.

The sandwich was really good! It was spicy, juicy, as cheesy! It was pretty heavy to be honest, but I liked it a lot. I ordered it via the website and it was ready in 10 minutes. Super simple process and easy to grab and go once I was at the store.

Update: I went back tonight and tried the No. 9 Club Supreme. I subbed chipotle mayo for regular mayo and added pepper relish. I also had it Mike’s Way. It was really good! Definitely better than the customized chipotle cheesesteak I had before. I think the cold sandwiches are where it’s at.“

She starts making my sandwich and when someone else walks in, she starts making their sandwichm even though I let her know that I am in a hurry. That was inconsiderate and frustrating.The sandwich was good.“

“I was surprised there was no line, but I still felt rushed while ordering. It seemed like asking questions or requesting a little more or less of a topping bothered the staff, even though I was polite.

Parking was a bit hard since there are multiple stores around. That said, the place was clean and my sub was good.“

“Put in an online order so I can’t speak too much about the atmosphere inside. Ordered later in the evening and was given a time 15ish minutes out to come pick it up. Staff were on it and made it in good time. They also called me and asked if regular bread was fine - as I ordered it with cheese bread and they were out. That was fine, just happy that they communicated with me to make sure the modification was alright. Sandwich was great tasting and had the modifications I set. Overall quite a great place to pickup sandwich for dinner.“

“I love Jersey Mike's subs because of the fresh sliced meat and cheese and the fresh toppings. Ordering in person is easy and the staff is always willing to make changes so it's made to your liking.
However, if you order online and have a special request, don't expect them to follow your request. I've had it happen on at least 3 orders to have juice on the side but when I received the sandwich by delivery or picked it up, the juice was on the sandwich. Makes it all soggy if you save half for the next day. I called to complain and they said the manager would call me the next day. Never heard from anybody. So now I doubled check it if I'm picking up and kind of take me chances on deliveries. Sorry, but I speak the truth in my reviews. That's the only reason I have service 4 stars instead of 5.“
