“There was two young men manning this shop. I was on my phone texting my brother on WhatsApp.com. One of the young men greeted me, which I was startled.

I was in the wrong—as I was in line, but not paying attention! He waited on me, and was kind. The other young man who made my order, had a smile on his face the entire interaction.

“It’s 10:15 am, signs say they open at 10:00 am. Staff can be seen inside but doors are locked. No one comes out or says anything even though we are trying to open the locked door . have seen three other parties arrive try the door. Wave at the employee . try the door again and then leave because the staff is behind the counter and does not acknowledge us. What gives
