“gotta say, this is a review I NEVER thought I'd write.was craving a Philly cheesesteak sandwich big time. the Cheesesteak Grill is a couple of exits up I-5 but to say the quality of their offerings has steadily declined since the death of the original owner a couple of years ago would be a kindness. the Fat Cowboy, a new offering at Jersey Mike's, popped up on a social media feed and was desperate enough to give it a try. boy, was I rewarded. used the Jersey Mike app, clear and actually functional, a rarity in my experience, to order lunch. the Fat Cowboy wasn't on the app menu so re-worked a Big Kahuna with extra meat and extra cheese.WOWZA. hot, juicy, and loaded, lunch was a revelation. next time I'm in dire need of a cheesesteak sandwich, I know where I'm headed.ps: have previously enjoyed Jersey Mike's Subs but thought they were mostly lettuce on a squishy Italian roll. the extra meat option is definitely gonna be my new go-to.“
