I had waited in line with my two toddler grandsons and, when I reached the register, learned that the store would not accept my $100 bill. Unfortunately, the notice was not visible to me before ordering, and I had already waited through a long line. Several employees explained the policy, but Alexis took the time to understand the situation and made a thoughtful decision that allowed us to complete the transaction. She was kind, professional, and showed excellent judgment. I love Jersey Mike’s and will continue coming back because employees like Alexis understand that great customer service is about helping people, not just enforcing rules.“

“Hungry for a sandwich? Have you had a Jersey Mike's sub? This is my first time, they're pretty good! I'm here on June 18th 2024 at around 2:00. There's still a steady flow of people coming in which is a good sign, It means the foods good and delicious. I'm having the advertised California sub and has crispy bacon inside really good. They have unsweetened and sweetened iced tea, The staff are eagerly working and are helpful especially for someone who's a newbie that doesn't know their menu well. The location is just across the street from Palomar airport in Carlsbad.“

“Walked in on Tuesday to place a Catering order for our volleyball team meal. Hank was super helpful and patient. I ordered 3 sub boxes and 5 custom meals due to allergies. He helped advise me on which subs were popular with teenage girls. The order was ready on Wednesday at the specified time with custom meals labeled, the in cute squeeze bottle, mayo and mustard packets and plenty of napkins. It was a big hit with the team! We look forward to working with them again!“
