“I went into this La Costa location today to grab lunch and I just had to leave a review because the staff were incredible. They were absolutely SLAMMED and they didn’t skip a beat. Everyone was so on top of their game, putting sandwiches together quickly but not at all sloppily and they were all so friendly and wonderful. I was so impressed with them I asked for their names because they deserve to be recognized for their hard work. The crew today consisted of Jenn, Kaitlyn, Chris, Alexa and Shaun and they absolutely SLAYED today! Thank you so much for being amazing!! You made a big difference in my day 🖤“

“Everytime I go into this specific Jersey mikes, an employee Lonnie has always made the experience one to come back too. He has great customer service skills. I recently had some intestinal issues which put me on a strict diet. He was very attentive and made sure I got what I needed. He always does. The sandwiches were incredibly fresh, the display was beautifully done, and the service was top-notch. Phil was a joy to work with, and we had more than enough food to share with our local sheriff’s department, highway patrol, CalFIRE, Secret Service, and Assemblymembers — everyone was raving about it!

“Hungry for a sandwich? Have you had a Jersey Mike's sub? This is my first time, they're pretty good! I'm here on June 18th 2024 at around 2:00. There's still a steady flow of people coming in which is a good sign, It means the foods good and delicious. I'm having the advertised California sub and has crispy bacon inside really good. They have unsweetened and sweetened iced tea, The staff are eagerly working and are helpful especially for someone who's a newbie that doesn't know their menu well. The location is just across the street from Palomar airport in Carlsbad.“

“5 Stars for this Jersey Mike's location and staff. They are fast and know how to build a great sandwich that each slice of meat is cut to order! We even had one sandwich with Gluten Free bread that was really good. Love my sandwich built "Mike's way" and always fresh Italian subs you can beat it!

The last time I went to Jersey Mikes I’m embarrassed to say I showed up 10 minutes before they closed and the employee was very happy to serve me and make me a sandwich with a smile.
