“It was super crowded (more than usual) on a Thursday at around 11pm. It looks like there may have been a high school event. Nevertheless, the lines went pretty smooth, and the food was great!

“Love coming to this location when I want something healthy but don’t have time to make food. The bowls are always super fresh and I never wait more than 10 min for my order. Staff also always goes above and beyond every time I’m in to make sure I get everything I need, which is rare nowadays. Portions are great as well - flame broiler will continue to be my go-to!“

“So I just moved to Toto Ranch and this was the closest Taco Bell to where I moved and for some reason I really want to Taco Bell. So thought I'd be quicker if I ordered it online and then just went and picked it up through the drive-thru. Well I was wrong, but that's okay. Apparently the inside of Taco Bell was completely closed and had been closed down for a few days or so and they had just reopened for the drive-thru only. So when I got there to pick up my pre-ordered meal that I thought I was going to just drive through and get it took a while to get through the long line as that was the only way to order food was through the drive-thru. The lady in front of me was yelling at the guy through the drive-thru box he she was really upset that the line was so long and the inside wasn't open like he had control over it. I was impressed at how calm he stayed, trying to explain to her that they just reopened the drive-thru that night and had been closed down for a few days. She was still upset. Anyway, So I ordered online, The problem with ordering online was that it only gave me four drink options from the soda fountain. They have the frozen drinks available at the store, but they didn't give me the option online to purchase one. I tried to order one separate from my cantina chicken meal and it said that they weren't available at this store, yet when I got there, they were. I ordered the cantina chicken crispy taco meal which came with a cantina chicken crispy taco, I took off the creamy jalapeno sauce, a cantina chicken soft taco, I took off the pico de gallo, nacho chips and nacho cheese, and a drink I got Pepsi. I also got a cheesy bean and rice burrito minus the jalapeno cheese and a two pack of cinnabon delights. I'm not exactly sure what makes the cantina chicken cantina chicken I guess the spices they cook their chicken with. It didn't really taste much different than their regular chicken soft taco I've never had a chicken crispy taco there, but their chicken didn't taste different to me, I also don't eat there that often, so I could just not know. However my cantina chicken crispy taco had very little chicken on it and it was all on one side so like half of it was nothing but cheese. The cantina chicken soft taco, was good It just tasted like the regular chicken soft taco. The cheesy bean and rice burrito was good and the cinnabon delights were warm and creamy and delicious. I will go here again, but probably won't be ordering the cantina chicken anything, The service was great, the food was good, minus the missing chicken on the crispy taco lol.“

“I’ve always seen this place when driving by but never had a chance to try it out until today. I was surprised at how good the food was. The wings were so juicy and tender and the sauce made them even better ( I ordered mild buffalo). The lady who helped us by taking our order was so nice and helpful, she even recommended the most popular dishes. Definitely recommend!“

“This Taco Bell is very consistent. One thing I don't like, though, is they are steering us to use the digital kiosk. I'm okay using the kiosk, but sometimes it's backed up and people are slow on the machine. They don't know how to use it, which makes the line back up even more. My husband and I started going through the drive thru and bringing our food inside to eat. By the time we make it through the drive thru, those people are still trying to figure out the machine. ??“

“This is a very standard Burger King (BK), with a convenient location in a small strip mall. The entire business is kept very clean with a friendly and efficient staff. The dining area has a little bit of a "backrooms" feel but is otherwise pleasant. The cleanest bathrooms I've seen in a BK.“

The frostie keychains are available at this location so recommend going in to get your $3 chain for the year. The downfall of this location is if you dine in the atmosphere is mediocre with some sketchy people which is unusual for Eastlake. The tables are generally dirty and alot of trash is left by previous customers. Still the frostie is a must get.“

“The quality of these businesses is common knowledge. But I give it 4 stars because regularly at night they only have two employees and sometimes one is an apprentice. The issue here is that at night the service is slow at the drive thru, they have drive thru customers until after midnight and very early in the morning, sometimes there is a line of up to seven or eight cars and the wait is long. .....it's not the fault of two employees, there are only two at that time and sometimes one is an apprentice, I think they need one more employee at night for faster service.“

“The drive thru employee was friendly, the cashier was friendly, they asked me to park, the food arrived shortly after parking and it was hot. I got 10pc chicken nuggets and a Mc Double cheese burger. Both were hot. Idk which one I was waiting on, but most of the time the item you wait for is hot while the other food has cooled. “They need to be more in tune with the table turnaround. If there were 7-8 open tables, they were all dirty as well. Eventhough the place gets busy at times, they should be able to send someone out and pick tables up and wipe them accordingly. C'mon, let's do 100% better on this so 5 stars could be deserved!
A plus that location closed at 02:00, an option to the late-late outers in San Diego.
