I ordered through the app and waited at the numbered slot in the parking lot and my food was ready maybe 4 minutes after I parked! So quick. I didn't get his name, but a man who seemed to be a manager dressed in the Chick Fil A business casual uniform greeted me, repeated my order to me and asked me if there was anything else I needed and he also recommended I try the chicken and waffle sandwich on my next visit. The food is always great, but the customer service could improve. In this specific Chick-fil-A, you can sense some attitudes and they often don’t say their signature phrase “my pleasure”. This matters because it’s one of the driving factors for deciding to visit Chick-fil-A. I visited on 8/20/26 around 9pm.
I'm so glad that the peach milkshakes were back again this summer.
