“This place is great. The burgers are really good and fresh. The new location in the food court is a little confusing. I've been here a few times so I know what to do, but, the first time I came I had to ask twice where to order. It is not well laid out. Order to food delivery is 15 minutes, which, means the food is fresh and I appreciate that. Expect a great burger! 2 double burgers for 2 was around $30, which feels like a reasonable price for the quality of the burger.“

“I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Victor at Hurricane Grill & Wings, and I can’t say enough about the outstanding service he provided. Even while he was training a new bartender—a task that requires patience, multitasking, and strong leadership—he never missed a beat when it came to taking care of us.

Victor was incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming. It was clear he genuinely cared about both his team and his guests. Despite the added responsibility of training, he kept everything running smoothly and made sure everyone at the bar felt valued and taken care of. Watching him guide and support his trainee with such confidence and poise was impressive—it’s rare to witness that level of dedication and skill in action.

“This review is mostly about the Beautiful Bodies Burlesque show, Heartbreak Hotel on 2/6/26. I would've missed this place entirely if not for the show. That would've been sad. We had dinner beforehand. Casual place with some great choices in the taproom. I loved the guava cider. The tacos were good but our separate orders arrived on one plate and cold 😬 seems like they'll have to work on that. Tasty though. We arrived about 6:30pm and were told the pork belly wouldn't be ready for two more hours. We instead had a Cali taco, like the burrito in taco form. Even cold it was good. The surf and turf taco was good too. Chips and guax were tasty. Also the mole tater tots were good but know it's a large portion. 3.5 stars. The true highlight for me was the space downstairs with a bar that holds various events. Last night's was Beautiful Bodies Production was top notch. Best time ever! They put on a great show. Each performer was unique and amazing. The whole vibe was beautiful. I'm thrilled to have been a part of it. I'll be at the next one for sure. I loved sharing it with my daughter-in-law and hope she spreads the word to encourage her friends 💖 the little speech at the end had me tearing up bc it's one of the reasons why I find burlesque such an empowering and inclusive space. Thank you for gathering the talent and putting on a show to be proud of!“

“We went on a Wednesday evening and it was pretty empty, but our hostess/server was so nice! I didn’t get his name unfortunately but he was super friendly and sweet. So we had a great customer service experience.

I asked for eggs over hard and they gave me over easy by accident but they just brought me new ones with no problem.

Plus the value menu is a really good deal, several meals for only $7 each. And the pancakes are AMAZING every single time omg so delicious.“

“I love this place I always come here and normally I get amazing service but today I had my first bad experience with a bartender I haven't seen her before but you have to work pretty hard to ignore somebody when you're literally the only person at the bar ended up checking out and left rest of food didn't feel like ordering anything else with her besides that great deals and great food“

“Today I visited the location on Broadway, Chula Vista. It was a total of four of us and the hostess. Evelyn was very helpful and kind she quickly greeted us. And asked us if a booth was fine and took us to it right away. The nice warm welcome and service to take us to our table was the best service We got overall, our server seemed like she was rushing us most Of the time when I got up to take my son to the restroom, I decided to just pay the bill to get out already. Our omelettes now don’t include any type of potato when before they did now you have to select if you want toast, or pancakes, or Potatoes with it, the portion has gotten worse, but at least the pancakes still taste good. The restrooms were really dirty. I feel like that’s something that should always be clean often. It looks like they just clean over stuff but never really deeply.Thank you, Evelyn for making this experience better than we got.“

“The first time I happened upon this place I had a health appointment nearby that was rather lengthy, and I emerged with hunger. I asked someone about this place because I glimpsed it on the way in, and they recommended it. I've always been happy to eat here, whether it's busy or not, it's great, I don't mind waiting for these chicken fries! My favorite are the tropical thunder sauce ones, and garlic parmesan for the little one. I really enjoy their salads! The crispy chicken with buffalo sauce & fresh veggie sticks on the side is also delish, but since every dish is well served, I typically only get one thing at a time.
